N\u00eb Tokio 30% dhe n\u00eb Zyrih, 25%. Nga nj\u00ebri tremujor te tjetri, duke nisur nga 2021, rritja mesatare e \u00e7mimeve varionte nga 1,7 deri n\u00eb 6,2%. Shtrenjtimi m\u00eb i lart\u00eb ishte nga tremujori i tret\u00eb n\u00eb tremujorin e kat\u00ebrt 2023, me 21%.<\/p>\n<p>Rritja e \u00e7mimeve u analizua e ndar\u00eb n\u00eb 3 zona. Shtrenjtimi m\u00eb i lart\u00eb, me rreth 56%, ishte p\u00ebr pronat e shitura brenda Unaz\u00ebs s\u00eb Vog\u00ebl. \u00c7mimi mesatar i shitjes s\u00eb tremujorit t\u00eb kat\u00ebrt 2023 arriti n\u00eb 1,804 euro\/m\u00b2.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb zon\u00ebn e ish-Bllokut, \u00e7mimi mesatar i shitjes n\u00eb tremujorin e kat\u00ebrt 2023 arriti n\u00eb 2,160 euro\/m\u00b2. \u00c7mimet mesatare krahasuar me tremujorin e par\u00eb 2021 u rrit\u00ebn me 45%. Tendenc\u00eb rrit\u00ebse t\u00eb \u00e7mimeve mesatare t\u00eb shitjes s\u00eb apartamenteve ka pasur edhe p\u00ebr pronat jasht\u00eb Unaz\u00ebs s\u00eb Vog\u00ebl.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7mimet mesatare reale n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb zon\u00eb, deri n\u00eb tremujorin e kat\u00ebrt 2023, arrit\u00ebn n\u00eb 1,434 euro\/m\u00b2. Por ky indikator i shk\u00ebputur, nga mungesa e t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave p\u00ebr hyrjen e fluksit t\u00eb parave t\u00eb pista, e b\u00ebn t\u00eb pamundur t\u00eb parashikosh se kur do t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb flluska e \u00e7mimeve.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPlasje e fllusk\u00ebs ndodh kur oferta \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e ul\u00ebt se k\u00ebrkesa, e par\u00eb kjo n\u00eb dinamik\u00ebn edhe t\u00eb ritmit t\u00eb rritjes.
