K\u00ebshilli Bashkiak ka miratuar buxhetin e vitit 2025 p\u00ebr Bashkin\u00eb e Tropoj\u00ebs n\u00eb 24 dhjetor 2024. Sipas denoncimit t\u00eb mb\u00ebrritur n\u00eb Partine Demokratike\u00a0 buxheti \u00ebsht\u00eb miratuar n\u00eb shkelje ligjore.<\/p>\n

S\u00eb pari, shkelja q\u00ebndron te vlera e fondeve v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb dispozicion p\u00ebr Bashkin\u00eb e Tropoj\u00ebs q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e vog\u00ebl se \u00e7\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb planifikuar p\u00ebr shpenzim.<\/p>\n

S\u00eb dyti, buxheti \u00ebsht\u00eb firmosur nga kryetari n\u00eb arrest sht\u00ebpie, Rexh Byberi dhe pa patur nj\u00eb vendim gjykate q\u00eb e lejon rikthimin n\u00eb zyr\u00eb.<\/p>\n

S\u00eb treti, n\u00eb dit\u00ebn q\u00eb ka firmosur Rexh Byberi n\u00eb 6 dhjetor 2024, duke l\u00ebn\u00eb\u00a0 arrestin sht\u00ebpiak pa leje, kan\u00eb qen\u00eb dy kryetare n\u00eb detyr\u00eb, z. Rexh\u00eb Byberi dhe znj.Zyra Islamaj kryetare e komanduar, kjo p\u00ebrb\u00ebn shkelje nga t\u00eb dy zyrtar\u00ebt.<\/p>\n

Totali i k\u00ebtyre z\u00ebrave shkon 530,855,476 lek\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Bashkia ka n\u00eb dispozicion n\u00eb total fonde 526,933,000 lek\u00eb, por planifikon t\u00eb shpenzoj\u00eb 530,855,476 lek\u00eb.<\/p>\n

3,922,476 lek\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se fonde n\u00eb dispzicion.<\/p>\n

Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb aritmetika e nj\u00eb kryetari si Rexh Byberi q\u00eb ka firmosur k\u00ebt\u00eb buxhet n\u00eb gjendje arresti.<\/p>\n

Sipas denoncimit, 74 % e fondeve n\u00eb dispozicion t\u00eb bashkis\u00eb shkon p\u00ebr pagat e 381 punonj\u00ebsve p\u00ebr vitin 2025, n\u00eb nj\u00eb bashki si Tropoja nd\u00ebr m\u00eb t\u00eb varfrat n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, asnj\u00eb fond nuk shkon p\u00ebr investimet, sepse investimet e parashikuara n\u00eb 2025 nuk jan\u00eb gj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr ve\u00e7se kontrata t\u00eb lidhura vite m\u00eb par\u00eb, pa patur fonde sipas tabel\u00ebs se paraqitur nga vet\u00eb Bashkia.<\/p>\n
