Mendoj se k\u00ebto prona mund t\u00eb futeshin n\u00eb treg n\u00ebse do t\u00eb kishte nj\u00eb sistem t\u00eb sakt\u00eb p\u00ebr taksimin e tyre, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb pronar\u00ebt t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb incentivuar p\u00ebr t\u2019i futur n\u00eb treg. N\u00eb disa zona si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb ajo pran\u00eb Bulevardit t\u00eb Ri t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs nd\u00ebrtuesit kan\u00eb paralajm\u00ebruar rritje t\u00eb \u00e7mimeve t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn 15% nga janari 2025. Arsyet kryesore sipas tyre \u00ebsht\u00eb shtim i kostos nga rritja e detyrimit t\u00eb taks\u00ebs s\u00eb ndikimit n\u00eb infrastruktura dhe pagesat n\u00eb rritje t\u00eb pun\u00ebtor\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb hyrje t\u00eb Komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Parisit n\u00eb zonat e reja rezidenciale q\u00eb po zhvillohen \u00e7mimi maksimal n\u00eb dhjetor 2024 arrit\u00ebn 3,500 euro p\u00ebr met\u00ebr katror.
