N\u00eb lajgen 17, pamjet tregojn\u00eb nj\u00eb situat\u00eb tep\u00ebr problematike, me ujin q\u00eb ka hyr\u00eb n\u00eb sht\u00ebpit\u00eb dhe bizneset e zon\u00ebs, duke shkaktuar d\u00ebme t\u00eb m\u00ebdha.<\/p>\n
