D., 22 vje\u00e7, t\u00eb dy banues n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebta 3 shtetas, gjat\u00eb nj\u00eb konflikti p\u00ebr motive t\u00eb dob\u00ebta, n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn \u201cIsmail Qemali\u201d, kan\u00eb goditur me sende t\u00eb forta shtetasin R. S., 38 vje\u00e7, dhe m\u00eb pas nuk i jan\u00eb bindur urdhrave t\u00eb punonj\u00ebsve t\u00eb Policis\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndaluar, por i kan\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtuar ata, duke i goditur p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb detyr\u00ebs.
