N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb nism\u00eb, shteti synon p\u00ebrfitimin e hap\u00ebsirave t\u00eb reja p\u00ebr zyra pa shpenzuar fonde, teksa privati do t\u00eb marr\u00eb pas sip\u00ebrfaqe nd\u00ebrtimore, e cila do t\u00eb hyj\u00eb n\u00eb tregun e pasurive t\u00eb paluajtshme. Korporata e Investimeve Shqiptare \u00ebsht\u00eb institucioni kryesor q\u00eb po zbaton k\u00ebt\u00eb projekt, i cili lidhet me zhvillimin dhe menaxhimin e pronave t\u00eb paluajtshme. Por \u00e7far\u00eb p\u00ebrfiton shteti nga kjo form\u00eb e re partneriteti, duke nisur nga godinat e reja t\u00eb Kadastr\u00ebs dhe kompleksit governativ, te kullat LIFT dhe Void apo rezidencat qeveritare n\u00eb Velipoj\u00eb e Vlor\u00eb si dhe stadiumi \u201cSelman St\u00ebrmasi\u201d dhe godina e re e Bibliotek\u00ebs Komb\u00ebtare.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb qershor t\u00eb vitit 2024, qeveria do t\u00eb niste p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb procedurat p\u00ebr disa projekte q\u00eb do t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtoheshin potencialisht mbi prona shtet\u00ebrore, n\u00eb partneritet me privatin.<\/p>\n<p>Gara q\u00eb ngriti siparin p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb faz\u00eb t\u00eb re u njoftua si fillim nga Agjencia Komb\u00ebtare e Planifikimit t\u00eb Territorit dhe kishte dy lote, ku n\u00eb disa faza do t\u00eb p\u00ebrzgjidheshin projektet m\u00eb t\u00eb mira, q\u00eb m\u00eb pas do t\u00eb zhvilloheshin n\u00eb partneritet me sektorin privat.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie, shteti do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitoj\u00eb hap\u00ebsira t\u00eb reja p\u00ebr zyra, nd\u00ebrsa privati, i cili do t\u00eb financoj\u00eb projektet, do t\u00eb marr\u00eb sip\u00ebrfaqe nd\u00ebrtimore p\u00ebr shitje n\u00eb disa nga zonat m\u00eb t\u00eb mira t\u00eb kryeqytetit q\u00eb do t\u00eb hyjn\u00eb menj\u00ebher\u00eb n\u00eb tregun e pasurive t\u00eb paluajtshme.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb shtator t\u00eb vitit t\u00eb shkuar u zgjodh\u00ebn edhe projektet fituese, t\u00eb cilat tashm\u00eb jan\u00eb n\u00eb faz\u00ebn e k\u00ebrkimit t\u00eb investitor\u00ebve privat\u00eb, me t\u00eb cil\u00ebt shteti do t\u00eb hyj\u00eb n\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie partneriteti.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb proces, roli m\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm i \u00ebsht\u00eb besuar Korporat\u00ebs Shqiptare t\u00eb Investimeve, e cila po publikon shpalljet lidhur me thirrjet dhe q\u00eb do t\u00eb ndjek\u00eb hap pas hapi edhe marr\u00ebveshjet.<\/p>\n<p>Tashm\u00eb n\u00eb tryez\u00eb projektet jan\u00eb shtuar dhe kjo form\u00eb partneriteti me privatin \u00ebsht\u00eb shtrir\u00eb edhe n\u00eb disa prona t\u00eb tjera shtet\u00ebrore, nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera stadiumi \u201cSelman St\u00ebrmasi\u201d, Biblioteka e re Komb\u00ebtare apo vilat qeveritare n\u00eb Velipoj\u00eb dhe Vlor\u00eb, si pjes\u00eb e n\u00ebnprojektit \u201cHospitality\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto thirrje jan\u00eb sot aktive pran\u00eb Korporat\u00ebs Shqiptare t\u00eb Investimeve n\u00eb faza t\u00eb ndryshme.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebsaj liste, sikurse \u00ebsht\u00eb deklaruar edhe nga Kryeministri Edi Rama, pritet t\u2019i shtohet edhe Pallati i Kongreseve, nj\u00eb thirrje q\u00eb ende nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb hapur, e cila si fillim duhet t\u00eb kaloj\u00eb procedur\u00ebn e kalimit t\u00eb t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb pron\u00ebs te Korporata.<\/p>\n<p>Por \u00e7far\u00eb parashikojn\u00eb k\u00ebto projekte, \u00e7far\u00eb pritet t\u00eb l\u00ebshoj\u00eb shteti dhe t\u00eb marr\u00eb pas rast pas rasti. \u201cMonitor\u201d rendit m\u00eb posht\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto projekte dhe detajet e tyre.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nd\u00ebrtimi i godin\u00ebs s\u00eb Kadastr\u00ebs dhe LIFT Tower<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Korporata Shqiptare e Investimeve \u00e7eli si fillim thirrjen p\u00ebr faz\u00ebn e par\u00eb t\u00eb dy projekteve, ku s\u00eb pari \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00ebnprojekti \u201cNd\u00ebrtimi dhe menaxhimi i godin\u00ebs s\u00eb Kadastr\u00ebs Shqiptare\u201d, n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet kontrat\u00ebs \u201cZhvillimi n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet sip\u00ebrmarrjes i LIFT Tower\u201d.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_1520063\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1520063\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1520063\" src=\"https:\/\/boldnews.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/Lift-tower-1-1172.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"573\" height=\"724\" data-pin-no-hover=\"true\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-1520063\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">LIFT Tower q\u00eb do t\u00eb z\u00ebr\u00eb vend n\u00eb nj\u00eb truall shtet\u00ebror n\u00eb af\u00ebrsi t\u00eb Inxhinieris\u00eb s\u00eb Nd\u00ebrtimit<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Korporata synon t\u00eb p\u00ebrzgjedh\u00eb partnerin privat, n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e Sip\u00ebrmarr\u00ebsit p\u00ebr zhvillimin e pron\u00ebs p\u00ebr sip\u00ebrmarrje, duke realizuar projektiden\u00eb arkitekturore t\u00eb bashkimit t\u00eb subjekteve Baukuh Studio Associato &amp;
