Po zhvillohet\u00a0n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb tryeza \u201cReforma n\u00eb Drejt\u00ebsi, sfidat, pasojat dhe rruga e drejt\u00eb\u201d, e organizuar nga Partia Demokratike dhe Fondacioni Konrad Adenauer. Drejtuesi i Fondacionit, Dr. Thomas Kunze, mbajti nj\u00eb fjalim ku theksoi rolin e tij dhe t\u00eb fondacionit n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, i cili ka 20 vjet q\u00eb punon me partner\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb.<\/p>\n
Ai theksoi lidhjet e ngushta mes Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe Gjermanis\u00eb dhe shpjegoi se, ndon\u00ebse e di p\u00ebr diktatur\u00ebn komuniste, nuk mund t\u00eb krahasohet me vuajtjet e shqiptar\u00ebve. Kunze theksoi se pas r\u00ebnies s\u00eb regjimeve komuniste, Shqip\u00ebria dhe Gjermania kan\u00eb ndar\u00eb p\u00ebrvoja dhe sfida t\u00eb ngjashme, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb.<\/p>\n
\u201cFondacioni Konrad Adenauer \u00ebsht\u00eb i pranish\u00ebm n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri prej 20 vitesh tashm\u00eb, q\u00eb n\u00eb fillim ne kemi punuar me miqt\u00eb tan\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend t\u00eb mrekulluesh\u00ebm, s\u00ebbashku edhe me partner\u00ebt tan\u00eb.<\/p>\n
Ka shum\u00eb gj\u00ebra q\u00eb e lidhin Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb dhe Gjermanin\u00eb, nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e Gjermanis\u00eb, un\u00eb vij nga ajo pjes\u00eb, e di mir\u00eb se \u00e7far\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb diktatura komuniste, por jo deri n\u00eb at\u00eb pik\u00eb se \u00e7far\u00eb ka vuajtur Shqip\u00ebria.<\/p>\n
Pas r\u00ebnies s\u00eb regjimeve komuniste, dy vendet tona kan\u00eb ndar\u00eb p\u00ebrvoja dhe transformime dhe ne e kuptojm\u00eb se sidomos n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb fush\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nevojitur shum\u00eb pun\u00eb, sistemi duhej t\u00eb z\u00ebvend\u00ebsohej, dhe Shqip\u00ebria akoma p\u00ebrballet me sfidat e reformave dhe korrigjimeve t\u00eb gabimeve t\u00eb s\u00eb shkuar\u00ebs.<\/p>\n
