Reforma do t\u00eb dukej k\u00ebshtu: p\u00ebr pranimin e nj\u00eb vendi do t\u00eb mjaftonin votat e shumic\u00ebs (dhe jo votat e t\u00eb gjitha shteteve an\u00ebtare, si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb tani). Sipas \u201cFrankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung\u201d \u201ckap\u00ebrcimi i gjendjes aktuale \u2013 pra kalimi n\u00eb mund\u00ebsin\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb K\u00ebshillin Europian t\u00eb merren vendime vet\u00ebm me shumic\u00eb \u2013 \u00ebsht\u00eb i pamundur deri pothuajse i pashpres\u00eb.\u201d Shum\u00eb shtete an\u00ebtare nuk duan t\u00eb heqin dor\u00eb nga e drejta e vetos.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas FAZ, n\u00ebse BE-ja do t\u2019i pranonte t\u00eb gjitha shtetet q\u00eb kan\u00eb shprehur d\u00ebshir\u00ebn p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebsim ose me t\u00eb cilat tashm\u00eb ka nisur negociatat, kjo do t\u00eb kishte si pasoj\u00eb q\u00eb, p\u00ebr shembull, n\u00eb politik\u00ebn e jashtme nuk do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb merrej m\u00eb asnj\u00eb vendim pa pajtimin e Beogradit, Kishinaut, Kievit, Sarajev\u00ebs, Shkupit, Podgoric\u00ebs, Prishtin\u00ebs apo Tiran\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Presidenti francez Emmanuel Macron q\u00ebmoti \u00ebsht\u00eb skeptik ndaj zgjerimit t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb, tani k\u00ebtij pozicioni i \u00ebsht\u00eb afruar edhe qeveria gjermane. Ekziston n\u00eb mesin e disa ekspert\u00ebve nj\u00eb ide q\u00eb vendeve t\u00eb Ballkanit t\u2019u ofrohet nj\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsim i klasit t\u00eb dyt\u00eb.
