N\u00eb deklaratat e tij, Berisha e cil\u00ebsoi Ram\u00ebn si nj\u00eb \u201cnarkodiktator\u201d, duke e akuzuar p\u00ebr shtypje t\u00eb liris\u00eb s\u00eb fjal\u00ebs, p\u00ebrndjekje t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs dhe lidhje me krimin e organizuar.<\/p>\n
