Presidentja e Kosov\u00ebs, Vjosa Osmani, ka l\u00ebshuar deklarata t\u00eb forta nga Tirana ndaj Bashkimit Europian, ku ndodhet p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb Samitin e Komunitetit Politik Europian.<\/p>\n
Osmani tha se BE-ja po l\u00ebshon mesazhe t\u00eb k\u00ebqija p\u00ebr rajonin ton\u00eb, duke th\u00ebn\u00eb se po iu hapet dera atyre q\u00eb shkojn\u00eb n\u00eb Mosk\u00eb te Putini dhe bllokohet Kosova. Sipas Osmanit, m\u00eb me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi se bisedimet me Serbin\u00eb jan\u00eb me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi bisedimet me BE-n\u00eb, t\u00eb cilat po pengohen sipas saj nga disa vende an\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n

M\u00eb shum\u00eb po iu hapet dera atyre q\u00eb shkojn\u00eb n\u00eb Mosk\u00eb te Putini, se sa p\u00ebr ne q\u00eb nuk shohim rrug\u00eb dhe alternativ\u00eb tjet\u00ebr ve\u00e7 BE-s\u00eb.\u00a0M\u00eb shum\u00eb kemi k\u00ebrkes\u00eb sesa kemi shpres\u00eb. K\u00ebrkesat tona do t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb z\u00ebshme.<\/p>\n
M\u00eb me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi se sa bisedimet me Serbin\u00eb jan\u00eb ato nd\u00ebrmjet Kosov\u00ebs dhe BE, si\u00e7 e dini Kosova ka aplikuar p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebsim n\u00eb BE para 2 viteve.\u00a0P\u00ebr fat t\u00eb keq ende nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb shqyrtuar p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb disa komplikimeve t\u00eb panevojshme politike q\u00eb krijohen nga disa shtete an\u00ebtare.\u00a0Ka ardhur koha q\u00eb p\u00ebrtej fjal\u00ebve t\u00eb bukura q\u00eb i jepen shteteve aspiruese p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebsim t\u00eb ket\u00eb veprime konkrete\u201d, tha Osmani.<\/p>\n
Vjosa Osmani k\u00ebrkoi heqjen e masave ndaj Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb ulen n\u00eb tryez\u00ebn e bisedimeve si t\u00eb barabart\u00eb.<\/p>\n
