U bazua n\u00eb presionin e jasht\u00ebzakonsh\u00ebm t\u00eb karteleve t\u00eb drog\u00ebs m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha n\u00eb Europ\u00eb si, kartelet Poja apo Troplini, \u00c7ela, Bajri dhe organizata terroriste \u2018Hakmarrja p\u00ebr drejt\u00ebsi\u2019 dhe shum\u00eb grupe t\u00eb tjera kriminale.<\/p>\n
