P\u00ebr denoncimin e manipulimit brutal t\u00eb vot\u00ebs dhe varrosjen e vot\u00ebs s\u00eb\u00a0diaspor\u00ebs nga regjimi n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ne, an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e K\u00ebshillit Drejtues t\u00eb Partis\u00eb Demokratike \u2013 Dega Selanik, me indinjat\u00eb t\u00eb thell\u00eb denoncojm\u00eb aktin kriminal t\u00eb vjedhjes, manipulimit dhe zhdukjes s\u00eb vot\u00ebs s\u00eb lir\u00eb t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb, brenda dhe jasht\u00eb vendit.<\/p>\n

Sidomos, d\u00ebnojm\u00eb varrosjen e vot\u00ebs s\u00eb diaspor\u00ebs nga vet\u00eb Kryeministri, i cili vrau shpres\u00ebn e mbi 500 mij\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve q\u00eb prisnin prej dekadash t\u00eb\u00a0ushtronin t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e vot\u00ebs n\u00eb emigracion.<\/p>\n

ZGJEDHJET E FUNDIT JAN\u00cb SH\u00cbNJEST\u00cbR E KRIMIT ELEKTORAL:<\/p>\n

– Blerje masive t\u00eb vot\u00ebs, presion psikologjik, shantazh dhe intimidim;<\/p>\n

– P\u00ebrdorimi i grupeve kriminale p\u00ebr deformimin e vullnetit qytetar;<\/p>\n

RESOLUTION<\/p>\n

On the brutal manipulation of the vote and the burial of the diaspora vote by<\/p>\n

the Albanian regime<\/p>\n

We, the members of the Steering Council of the Democratic Party \u2013<\/p>\n

Thessaloniki Branch, strongly denounce the criminal act of vote theft,<\/p>\n

manipulation, and destruction of the free vote of Albanian citizens, both<\/p>\n

inside and outside the country. We particularly denounce the burial of the<\/p>\n

diaspora vote by the Prime Minister himself, who killed the hope of over<\/p>\n

500,000 Albanians who have waited for decades to exercise their voting<\/p>\n

rights abroad.<\/p>\n

THE RECENT ELECTIONS REPRESENT A FULL-SCALE ELECTORAL CRIME:<\/p>\n

– Massive vote buying, psychological pressure, blackmail, and intimidation;<\/p>\n

– The involvement of organized crime groups in distorting the citizens&#39; will;<\/p>\n

– The criminal scheme of the &quot;Bulgarian train&quot; used for organized vote<\/p>\n

manipulation;<\/p>\n

– Severe violations in voter lists and vote counting.<\/p>\n

WE DEMAND A FULL INVESTIGATION INTO THE FOLLOWING:<\/p>\n

1\ufe0f\u20e3 The systematic theft of the diaspora vote, completely excluded from a fair<\/p>\n

election process.<\/p>\n

2\ufe0f\u20e3 The serious violations by postal companies DHL, SPEDEX, ACS, which<\/p>\n

delivered and collected voting envelopes without identity verification.<\/p>\n

3\ufe0f\u20e3 The electoral crime of Socialist Party patronage members who filled out<\/p>\n

ballots in the Consulates of Thessaloniki and Athens.<\/p>\n

4\ufe0f\u20e3 The denial of voting rights for over 500,000 Albanians who have waited<\/p>\n

more than 30 years to exercise their rights.<\/p>\n

5\ufe0f\u20e3 The criminal activities of Minister Taulant Balla in Thessaloniki and<\/p>\n

Athens, personally overseeing vote manipulation.<\/p>\n

6\ufe0f\u20e3 The abuses by consular and embassy staff who turned state institutions<\/p>\n

into branches of the Socialist Party, openly violating the Constitution.<\/p>\n

7\ufe0f\u20e3 All these acts are documented with authentic evidence, ready for national<\/p>\n

and international investigation.<\/p>\n

UNDENIABLE FACTS:<\/p>\n

– Ballots filled out with the same handwriting and pen.<\/p>\n

– Envelopes collected from postal services without identification.<\/p>\n

– Temporary employment of Albanians in DHL, SPEDEX, ACS during the final<\/p>\n

days of the process.<\/p>\n

– Envelopes stored without documentation in gambling offices.<\/p>\n

– Numerous additional verified facts.<\/p>\n

This RESOLUTION is addressed to:<\/p>\n

– OSCE<\/p>\n

– U.S. Department of State<\/p>\n

– Council of Europe<\/p>\n

– High Court of Justice in Brussels<\/p>\n

– SPAK (Special Anti-Corruption Prosecution)<\/p>\n

– The President of the Republic of Albania<\/p>\n

– The Constitutional Court of Albania<\/p>\n

WE DEMAND:<\/p>\n

A full, independent, and international investigation into this electoral<\/p>\n

massacre.<\/p>\n
