Kjo i jep matur\u00ebs nj\u00eb karakter m\u00eb shum\u00eb formal sesa funksional.<\/p>\n<p>Ndon\u00ebse n\u00eb dukje optimiste \u2014 me nj\u00eb kalueshm\u00ebri prej 97.39% dhe nj\u00eb not\u00eb mesatare 6.47 \u2014 jan\u00eb n\u00eb thelb nj\u00eb mask\u00eb statistikore q\u00eb mbulon nj\u00eb problem strukturor e t\u00eb thelluar: shpopullimin intelektual t\u00eb vendit dhe zhytjen e sistemit arsimor n\u00eb mesatare t\u00eb rreme.<\/p>\n<p>Sistemi aktual po prodhon diploma, jo dije.
