Me nj\u00eb z\u00eb t\u00eb ndersh\u00ebm dhe shpesh t\u00eb pam\u00ebshirsh\u00ebm ndaj t\u00eb v\u00ebrtetave t\u00eb hidhura, zonja Haxhiraj rr\u00ebfen p\u00ebrjetimet e saj personale dhe profesionale gjat\u00eb tranzicionit t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb pas shembjes s\u00eb sistemit totalitar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ajo flet me kuraj\u00eb p\u00ebr bashk\u00ebfaj\u00ebsin\u00eb e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb regjim shtyp\u00ebs, p\u00ebr dhun\u00ebn morale dhe fizike q\u00eb ky sistem ushtroi mbi individin, si edhe p\u00ebr munges\u00ebn e nd\u00ebshkimit real t\u00eb krimeve t\u00eb komunizmit n\u00eb dekadat q\u00eb pasuan. Si nj\u00eb nga z\u00ebrat e par\u00eb dhe m\u00eb t\u00eb guximsh\u00ebm t\u00eb grave q\u00eb u ngrit\u00ebn kund\u00ebr diktatur\u00ebs, dhe si themeluese e Lidhjes Demokratike t\u00eb Gruas n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb, Haxhiraj sjell nj\u00eb perspektiv\u00eb t\u00eb thell\u00eb mbi rolin e gruas n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb shqiptare.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00eb nj\u00eb rr\u00ebfim q\u00eb bashkon kujtes\u00ebn historike me ndjeshm\u00ebrin\u00eb humane dhe vlerat qytetare, Vilhelme Vrana Haxhiraj na fton t\u00eb shohim t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn pa iluzione dhe t\u00eb kuptojm\u00eb se nd\u00ebrtimi i nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebrie t\u00eb drejt\u00eb k\u00ebrkon p\u00ebrballje t\u00eb sinqert\u00eb me gabimet, heshtjet dhe plag\u00ebt q\u00eb ende nuk jan\u00eb sh\u00ebruar. Kjo intervist\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb d\u00ebshmi personale, por nj\u00eb thirrje p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsim kolektiv dhe p\u00ebrpjekje t\u00eb vazhdueshme drejt s\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebs, drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe barazis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>GM: Si e p\u00ebrjetuat shembjen e sistemit komunist dhe cilat ishin momentet m\u00eb dometh\u00ebn\u00ebse p\u00ebr ju gjat\u00eb atij tranzicioni? Si e ndjet\u00eb ndryshimin n\u00eb jet\u00ebn tuaj personale dhe profesionale?<em><br \/>\n<\/em><\/strong>VVH<em>:<\/em>\u00a0Pas vdekjes s\u00eb diktatorit m\u00eb, 1985, sikur u duk nj\u00ebfar\u00eb liberalizimi, por bota po eksperimentonte me Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb n\u00ebn diktatur\u00ebn komuniste. Bota duke prer\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebn e par\u00eb t\u00eb uzinave fabrikave, t\u00eb industris\u00eb mekanike dhe metalurgjike, asaj t\u00eb leht\u00eb dhe ushqimore, provonte se sa do t\u00eb jetonin shqiptar\u00ebt pa buk\u00eb, vet\u00ebm me aj\u00ebr, uj\u00eb dhe drit\u00eb, t\u00eb mbyllur si n\u00eb kopsht zoologjik eksperimental.<em>T\u00eb gjitha objektet q\u00eb jepnin l\u00ebnd\u00ebn e par\u00eb p\u00ebr jet\u00ebn, u shnd\u00ebrruan n\u00eb KADAVRA eksperimentale p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjetur se cili ishte mikrobi vdekjeprur\u00ebs i kancerit p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt.<\/em>\u00a0Vit pas viti ekonomia u varf\u00ebua. Filloi uria e buk\u00ebs.\u00a0Pas r\u00ebnies s\u00eb Murit t\u00eb Berlinit, student\u00ebt, rinia, intelektual\u00ebt shp\u00ebrthyen dyert e Ambasadave. T\u00eb burgosurit shemb\u00ebn telat me gjemba dhe muret e dukshme dhe t\u00eb padukshme t\u00eb diktatur\u00ebs komuniste antinjer\u00ebzore. Shqyen dyert e burgjeve, sepse donin lirin\u00eb e mohuar dhe t\u00eb munguar pa b\u00ebr\u00eb asnj\u00eb faj. U ngrit\u00ebn jo vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr fatin e tyre, por m\u00eb tep\u00ebr p\u00ebr gjith\u00eb njer\u00ebzit q\u00eb kishte marr\u00eb m\u00eb qaf\u00eb diktatura e eg\u00ebr komuniste.Rezultati ishte:<br \/>\n-T\u00eb pushkatuar;\u00a0<strong>5548, nga k\u00ebta,91 gra<\/strong>.<br \/>\n-T\u00eb burgosur;\u00a0<strong>14 5663, nga k\u00ebta 445 gra<\/strong>.<br \/>\n-T\u00eb vdekur n\u00eb burg;\u00a0<strong>987, nga k\u00ebta 7 gra.<br \/>\n<\/strong>-T\u00eb futur n\u00eb psiqiatri;\u00a0<strong>308, nga k\u00ebta 35 gra<\/strong>.<br \/>\n-T\u00eb internuar e t\u00eb d\u00ebbuar;\u00a0<strong>21401, nga k\u00ebta 9322 gra.<br \/>\n<\/strong>U mbush\u00ebn anijet oqeanike me qindra e mij\u00ebra njer\u00ebz q\u00eb k\u00ebrkonin liri, demokraci per\u00ebndimore, shtetin e s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs ligjore dhe nj\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri si Europa.\u00a0Oh, sa shqiptar\u00eb mori deti dhe rruga e panjohur e emigrimit. Gjithsesi ata nuk u t\u00ebrhoq\u00ebn, edhe me gomone, mes stuhis\u00eb detare, vet\u00ebm t\u00eb largoheshin nga kolera marksiste -leniniste. N\u00ebnat dhe baballar\u00ebt ndoq\u00ebn shembullin e rinis\u00eb, u ngrit\u00ebn p\u00ebr p\u00ebrmbysjen e kulteve t\u00eb regjimit t\u00eb urryer komunist. M\u00eb 21 shkurt, rr\u00ebzuan statuj\u00ebn e Diktatorit. \u00c7udi e madhe! Ata q\u00eb betoheshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, merrnin frym\u00eb p\u00ebr diktatorin, e hodh\u00ebn p\u00ebrtok\u00eb idhullin dhe e hoq\u00ebn zvarr\u00eb sa hap e mbyll syt\u00eb. U rr\u00ebzua statuja e P\u00ebrbindshit Enver Hoxha, por jo \u201c Ai\u201d dhe as ndikimi i\u00a0\u00a0tij si \u201c<strong>udh\u00ebheq\u00ebs i lavdish\u00ebm<\/strong>\u201d nuk u rr\u00ebzua. Sa mblodh\u00ebn veten nga kjo e papritur politike, pasuesit e tij q\u00eb nga t\u00eb moshuarit e deri te foshnja q\u00eb sapo lind, vazhdojn\u00eb rrug\u00ebn e tij, duke krijuar nj\u00eb neokomuniz\u00ebm t\u00eb sofistikuar. N\u00eb duart e trash\u00ebgimtar\u00ebve, t\u00eb bij\u00ebve, nip\u00ebrve dhe mbesave jan\u00eb partit\u00eb, krer\u00ebt e t\u00eb cil\u00ebve kan\u00eb pushtetin politik, ekonomik, arsim-kultur\u00ebn, sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsin\u00eb, drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb, diplomacin\u00eb dhe mediat. Edhe pse gjoja u zgjodh nj\u00eb\u00a0<strong>Kuvend pluralist m\u00eb 1991<\/strong>, e v\u00ebrteta \u00ebsht\u00eb se e djathta ka nj\u00eb vend aq t\u00eb pap\u00ebrfillsh\u00ebm, sa asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhet faktor politik, n\u00eb asnj\u00eb instanc\u00eb t\u00eb\u00a0<strong>\u201cPushtetit Demokratik\u201d,<\/strong>\u00a0sepse kjo shtres\u00eb p\u00ebr gjysm\u00eb shekulli u denigrua, u mohua derisa u eliminua. Gjith\u00e7ka mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb ky sistem, por Demokraci, kurr\u00eb. Vitet e para si gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt t\u00eb etur p\u00ebr liri, edhe familja jon\u00eb u angazhua n\u00eb proceset demokratike. Pas revolucionit evgjito-fshatar t\u00eb\u00a0<strong>vitit 1997, qysh n\u00eb 3 shtator t\u00eb atij viti<\/strong>, Partia Socialiste m\u00eb nxori p\u00ebrs\u00ebri jasht\u00eb radh\u00ebve t\u00eb arsimit. Nuk e njihja veten time p\u00ebr kaq t\u00eb rrezikshme si n\u00eb diktatur\u00eb, edhe tani q\u00eb ishim n\u00eb \u201c<strong>pluraliz\u00ebm politik<\/strong>\u201d.\u00a0<strong>M\u00eb 26 shkurt<\/strong>, dita e vrasjes s\u00eb punonj\u00ebsve t\u00eb ShIK,( Sh\u00ebrbimit Informativ) n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb, u d\u00ebnuan me vdekje shum\u00eb demokrat\u00eb, mes t\u00eb cil\u00ebve, edhe ne si familje:\u00a0\u00a0<em>Bashk\u00ebshorti, kryetar i grupseksionit t\u00eb lagjes \u201c28 N\u00ebntori\u201d<strong>Fitim Haxhiraj,<\/strong>\u00a0djali yn\u00eb,\u00a0<strong>Vladi<\/strong>\u00a0sekretar i FRD, student i juridikut dhe un\u00eb si\u00a0<strong>Kryetare e LDG<\/strong>,Vlor\u00eb<\/em>. Data 3 shtator,1997, p\u00ebr mua nisi zhg\u00ebnjimi m\u00eb i madh p\u00ebr demokracin\u00eb, se m\u00eb pas nuk punova asnj\u00eb dit\u00eb n\u00eb arsim. E vetmja gj\u00eb q\u00eb kam fituar \u00ebsht\u00eb liria e mendimit dhe e fjal\u00ebs.At\u00eb nuk mund\u00ebn t\u00eb ma ndalnin. Q\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 1991, u mora me publicistik\u00eb dhe m\u00eb, 1996, theva akullin e heshtjes s\u00eb detyruar, botova librin e par\u00eb poetik.\u00a0<strong><em>Kjo ka qen\u00eb k\u00ebnaq\u00ebsia ime, sepse gjeta vetveten e humbur n\u00eb brazdat e koh\u00ebs s\u00eb eg\u00ebr.<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0Porse m\u00eb e ve\u00e7anta ishte se fitova di\u00e7ka t\u00eb madhe dhe sublime,besimin n\u00eb vetvete. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb rr\u00ebfen fakti q\u00eb nuk kisha m\u00eb frik\u00eb se m\u00eb p\u00ebrndiqnin.\u00a0<em><u>Kush e ka provuar e di mir\u00eb, se t\u00eb vrash\u00ebsh frik\u00ebn, \u00ebsht\u00eb tim\u00ebri e madhe.<\/u><\/em>\u00a0Ve\u00e7 di nj\u00eb gj\u00eb q\u00eb se ideologjia e komunizmit sllav, e rr\u00ebnjosur te shqiptar\u00ebt pa nd\u00ebrgjegjje komb\u00ebtare, vazhdoi luft\u00ebn e klasave q\u00eb endej si hije dhe tek brezi\u00a0\u00a0tim bir dhe djalit t\u00eb tij. \u00c7udit\u00ebrisht kan\u00eb ndjesin\u00eb se ende jan\u00eb t\u00eb persekutuar.<strong><em>A nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb turp q\u00eb vazhdon Lufta e Klasave deri n\u00eb 5 breza?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>GM: Cili do t\u00eb ishte nj\u00eb opinion i pam\u00ebshirsh\u00ebm lidhur me faktin q\u00eb ne, njer\u00ebzit e thjesht\u00eb, iu bashkuam band\u00ebs qeveritare komuniste, spiunonim nj\u00ebri-tjetrin dhe \u00e7uam drejt burgut apo varrit politik nj\u00eb num\u00ebr t\u00eb konsideruesh\u00ebm bashk\u00ebfamiljar\u00ebsh, bashk\u00ebqytetar\u00ebsh apo bashk\u00ebkombasish?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">VVH: Ju keni t\u00eb drejt\u00eb q\u00eb e b\u00ebni nj\u00eb pyetje t\u00eb till\u00eb. Sepse t\u00eb huajt n\u00eb \u00e7do shtet q\u00eb kishin pushtuar, spiun\u00ebt donin shp\u00ebrblim t\u00eb majm\u00eb me para, kurse n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, k\u00ebt\u00eb ves t\u00eb ul\u00ebt, pa dinjitet dhe pa asnj\u00eb gram kulture, e gjet\u00ebn falas. Spiunll\u00ebkun e duan t\u00eb gjith\u00eb, por spiunin nuk e do askush.\u00a0<em>Vet\u00ebm njeriu me virtyte, ka karakter t\u00eb fort\u00eb dhe nuk dredhon, nuk tradhton n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn e gjat\u00eb me emrin \u201cjet\u00eb\u201d.<\/em>\u00a0Nuk jam dakord kur p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsoni, se t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ne u bashkuam me band\u00ebn komuniste.Jo&#8230; Ne themi:\u00a0<em>\u201c<strong><u>\u00c7do berr*\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><u>varet nga k\u00ebmb\u00ebt e veta<\/u>\u201d<\/em>(*<strong><em>berr= bag\u00ebti e im\u00ebt<\/em><\/strong>.)\u00a0<em>Spiunll\u00ebku, tradhtia, krimi, \u00ebsht\u00eb ves individual dhe tejet personal<\/em>. P\u00ebr mua, p\u00ebr ne si familje,apo p\u00ebr familjen e babait t\u00eb bashk\u00ebshortit, ky ves i ul\u00ebt, q\u00eb t\u00eb bashkohesh me ata q\u00eb t\u00eb kan\u00eb nxjerr\u00eb jasht\u00eb ligjit, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eblloj sikur t\u00eb l\u00ebpish at\u00eb q\u00eb ke p\u00ebshtyr\u00eb. Ndaj \u00ebsht\u00eb gj\u00eb e huaj, fyese dhe e papranueshme.T\u00eb till\u00ebt q\u00eb jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb sahanl\u00ebpir\u00ebs, puthador\u00eb, servil\u00eb dhe sh\u00ebrbyes t\u00eb nj\u00eb sistemi q\u00eb ngjet me nj\u00eb gjell\u00eb q\u00eb nuk e ke provuar kurr\u00eb, e cila as gatuhet dhe as nuk hahet (komunizmi), ishin ata q\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunuan me agjent\u00ebt jugosllav\u00eb, grek\u00eb e me Sigurimin e Shetetit, sepse k\u00ebt\u00eb zanat t\u00eb ndyr\u00eb e kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb dhe me \u00e7do lloj pushtuesi. Po t\u00eb shoh\u00ebsh sot ata i gjen\u00eb t\u00eb pun\u00ebsuar n\u00eb sferat e larta t\u00eb shtetit. Jan\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht ata q\u00eb kan\u00eb rr\u00ebmbyer me dhun\u00eb,apo kan\u00eb vjedhur dokumentet e pronave t\u00eb pronar\u00ebve legjitim\u00eb, t\u00eb cilat i kan\u00eb transkriptuar dhe i kan\u00eb tjet\u00ebrsuar pronar\u00ebt me sa e sa mbivendosje n\u00eb Kadastra edhe n\u00eb Arkivin Q\u00ebndror, duke u plot\u00ebsuar hajdut\u00ebve \u00e7do d\u00ebshir\u00eb. Korrupsioni \u00ebsht\u00eb\u00a0 zanat i njer\u00ebzve t\u00eb pangopur, por n\u00eb opinion jan\u00eb njer\u00ebz t\u00eb ndotur e t\u00eb urryer q\u00eb kan\u00eb shkat\u00ebrruar kushedi sa familje fisnike n\u00eb vendin ton\u00eb. Nga t\u00eb till\u00ebt, un\u00eb dhe rrethi familjar i t\u00eb dy pal\u00ebve, Haxhiraj dhe Vrana, \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrzh\u00eblitur dhe ka vuajtur Luft\u00ebn e klasave, m\u00eb t\u00eb egr\u00ebn q\u00eb ka njohur\u00a0<strong><em>njer\u00ebzimi. T\u00eb par\u00ebt q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb gjykohen n\u00eb Gjyqin e Hag\u00ebs apo Strasburg,<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0jan\u00eb ata q\u00eb kan\u00eb kryer burgime dhe vrasje me pramendim dhe pa gjyq, s dhe ata q\u00eb kan\u00eb kryer krim ndaj pronarit legjitim dhe kombit, duke shitur jasht\u00eb ligjit dhe \u00e7do norme morale apo tradite,\u00a0<strong><em>pron\u00ebn e trash\u00ebguar nd\u00ebr breza.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>GM: Si e perceptoni realitetin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb gjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs 1944-1990? Cilat p\u00ebrvoja apo ndikime kryesore kan\u00eb form\u00ebsuar k\u00ebndv\u00ebshtrimin tuaj p\u00ebr at\u00eb epok\u00eb? Sipas jush, cil\u00ebt ishin faktor\u00ebt dhe element\u00ebt kryesor\u00eb politik\u00eb, ekonomik\u00eb, shoq\u00ebror\u00eb dhe kulturor\u00eb q\u00eb e p\u00ebrcaktuan k\u00ebt\u00eb periudh\u00eb historike?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">VVH: Un\u00eb e kam p\u00ebrshkruar deri diku tmerrin e jet\u00ebs n\u00eb diktatur\u00eb. Ishte nj\u00eb sitem politik-ekonomik i zymt\u00eb, vrstar, p\u00ebrgjues q\u00eb krijonte ankth tek t\u00eb gjith\u00eb qytetar\u00ebt pa p\u00ebrjshtim. Pse?<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sepse, edhe gjysma tjet\u00ebr e p\u00ebrkrahur nga pushteti dhe Partia, n\u00ebse dikush prej tyre kalonte kufirin detar apo tok\u00ebsor pa leje, d\u00ebnohej me burgim politik nj\u00eblloj si nj\u00eb i persekutuar. Kushtet jetike ishin minimale si p\u00ebr ata proparti dhe p\u00ebr ne \u201c<strong><em>antiparti.<\/em><\/strong>\u201d Mungesa e strehimit apo jeta 2-3 kurorave ose familjeve n\u00eb nj\u00eb apartament ishte ligj p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb. Pagat e ul\u00ebta apo me t\u00eb ardhura ekonomike t\u00eb pakta p\u00ebr \u00e7do famlje, ishte skllav\u00ebri, se pas 15 dit\u00ebsh, nuk kishte asnj\u00eb kothere buk\u00eb n\u00eb tavolin\u00eb p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00ebt e tij. Shfryt\u00ebzimi maksimal i njeriut, kundrejt nj\u00eb page t\u00eb ul\u00ebt ishte tortur\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7do prind. Gjendja shvler\u00ebsuese p\u00ebr prindin n\u00eb syt\u00eb dhe nd\u00ebrgjegjen e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve t\u00eb tij, si i paaft\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbajtur familjen n\u00eb kushte normale. Zhdukja e pron\u00ebs private, heqja e oborrit kooperativist, nd\u00ebrtimi i kooperativave bujq\u00ebsore e varf\u00ebroi familjen shqiptare materialisht dhe mend\u00ebrisht. Mungesa e pron\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb privim i liris\u00eb, zhdukje e nd\u00ebrgjegjes komb\u00ebtare. Prona \u00ebsht\u00eb lidhur me shpirtin dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb ajo q\u00eb p\u00ebrcakton garancin\u00eb e pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb p\u00ebr kombin. Prona \u00ebsht\u00eb tregues i nd\u00ebrgjegjes komb\u00ebtare. Faktor\u00ebt p\u00ebr nj\u00eb epok\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebshtuar kan\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb shumt\u00eb. Vrasjet pa gjyq dhe burgosjet pa faj, shkaktuan plag\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnda p\u00ebr shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb shqiptare. Por ua mor\u00ebn shpirtin t\u00eb persekutuar\u00ebve, duke u dh\u00ebn\u00eb si l\u00ebmosh\u00eb p\u00ebr m\u00ebshir\u00eb nga nj\u00eb kock\u00eb q\u00eb u zvarget n\u00eb fyt deri sa t\u2019u marr\u00eb frym\u00ebn.Nuk ka turp m\u00eb t\u00eb madh p\u00ebr ata,\u00a0 t\u00eb cil\u00ebt deri sa t\u00eb vdesin do t\u00eb quhe<\/em>n\u00a0<strong>\u201cish t\u00eb burgosur, ish pronar dhe ish t\u00eb mohuar\u201d.<\/strong>\u00a0Ky nocion ende b\u00ebn ndarje klasore mes qytetar\u00ebve q\u00eb thithin t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin aj\u00ebr. Kjo ngjet me personin q\u00eb i kan\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb damk\u00ebn e turpit n\u00eb shpatulla. Me k\u00ebto fakte mentaliteti komunist, (natyrisht jo p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb komunitetin), \u00ebsht\u00eb po ai i para viteve\u201990. Mendoj se do t\u00eb jet\u00eb i nj\u00ebjti epitet p\u00ebr sa koh\u00eb q\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb d\u00ebnohen krimet e komunizmit sipas Kart\u00ebs t\u00eb s\u00eb\u00a0 Drejtave t\u00eb Njeriut. Duhet shum\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb sundoj\u00eb e v\u00ebrteta, sepse \u201c<strong><em>Drejt\u00ebsia \u00ebsht\u00eb e barazvlert\u00eb me lirin\u00eb e shpirtit, t\u00eb cil\u00ebn e vendos vet\u00ebm i vitytshmi<\/em><\/strong>\u201d. Po n\u00eb cilin institucion shtet\u00ebror apo t\u00eb Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb, jan\u00eb k\u00ebta njer\u00ebz t\u00eb arsyesh\u00ebm dhe t\u00eb vetdijsh\u00ebm?!\u00a0<em>Korrupsioni dhe trafiqet e drog\u00ebs, t\u00eb arm\u00ebve, t\u00eb mishit t\u00eb gjall\u00eb, shitja e djemve p\u00ebr trafiqe dhe vajzave p\u00ebr prostitucion, jan\u00eb damka e turpit e k\u00ebtij tranzicioni t\u00eb tejzgjatur, i cili ua k\u00ebputi shpirtin shqiptar\u00ebve p\u00ebr nj\u00eb grim\u00eb liri shum\u00ebdimensionale , sa n\u00ebna i ka l\u00ebn\u00eb me duar n\u00eb gji. A mund t\u00eb\u00a0ket\u00eb fituar lirin\u00eb vetjake nj\u00eb prind q\u00eb ka pag\u00ebn e ul\u00ebt, apo pensionisti q\u00eb nuk blen dot barnat p\u00ebr s\u00ebmundje?! Kurr\u00eb<\/em>! Sepse ne jemi evropian\u00eb, por mjerisht nuk jetojm\u00eb si t\u00eb till\u00eb. N\u00eb \u00e7\u2019vend t\u00eb bot\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb genocid shfaros\u00ebs brenda llojit si n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri?!<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>GM: N\u00eb cilat aspekte t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb shqiptare mendoni se \u00ebsht\u00eb ende i pranish\u00ebm mentaliteti i periudh\u00ebs komuniste? A ka fusha ku mendoni se shoq\u00ebria shqiptare \u00ebsht\u00eb \u00e7liruar plot\u00ebsisht nga ky ndikim?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">VVH<strong><em>:<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0Mentaliteti \u00ebsht\u00eb personal, tejet individual dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb i rr\u00ebnjosur n\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegjen e secilit. \u00c7do njeri d\u00ebshiron t\u00eb ndryshoj\u00eb dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrqafoj\u00eb t\u00eb rejat q\u00eb i ofron nj\u00eb koh\u00eb e re, m\u00eb e zhvilluar, por e ka t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb harroj\u00eb dhe t\u00eb braktis\u00eb ato ide me t\u00eb cilat \u00ebsht\u00eb mbrujtur nd\u00ebr breza. Nj\u00eb aspekt q\u00eb i mban lidhur me t\u00eb shkuar\u00ebn e err\u00ebt, \u00ebsht\u00eb l\u00ebvizja demokratike e pakontrolluar. Pas vitit 1990 e n\u00eb vazhdim, fshatari braktis sht\u00ebpin\u00eb dhe pron\u00ebn, tok\u00ebn e tij e l\u00eb djerr, vjen n\u00eb qytet e gjith\u00eb dit\u00ebn mat bulevardin me k\u00ebmb\u00eb ose ulet n\u00eb bare, duke reflektuar kultur\u00ebn e tij t\u00eb ashp\u00ebr. Sipas zonave nga kan\u00eb migruar reflektojn\u00eb nj\u00eb kultur\u00eb t\u00eb eg\u00ebr dhe heterogjene. \u00c7udi, l\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebshir\u00ebn e fatit pron\u00ebn (dheun e m\u00ebm\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb atit) dhe shkojn\u00eb argat te greku, te italiani apo t\u00eb \u00e7do komb\u00ebsie tjet\u00ebr. Kudo q\u00eb shkojn\u00eb, sjellin regres dhe vrazhd\u00ebsi n\u00eb qytet\u00ebrim. Thuhet:\u201c<em>S\u2019ka fshat, pa zanat!<\/em>\u201d Do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se secili ka dialektin e tij gjuh\u00ebsor, flet ashp\u00ebr, me z\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb dhe me fjalor vulgar, ka zakonet e veta prej t\u00eb cilave vet\u00ebm vdekja e ndan. Po n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e vet t\u00eb jetes\u00ebs krijon marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie t\u00eb tjera n\u00eb komunitet. Ky fluks i fshatit drejt qytetit, prish rregullat e qytetaris\u00eb t\u00eb vendosura qysh n\u00eb themelimin e qytetit. Kultura e ul\u00ebt qytetare q\u00eb importojn\u00eb t\u00eb migruarit nga zonat e thella rurale, reflekton n\u00eb disa dukuri q\u00eb jan\u00eb kund\u00ebr normave edukative t\u00eb qytetarit. T\u00eb rinjt\u00eb e fshatit e sidomos vajzat, hapen shum\u00eb shpejt si \u201c<em>vaji n\u00eb lakra\u201d.<\/em>\u00a0Sa zbresin nga fshati, p\u00ebrqafojn\u00eb menj\u00ebher\u00eb mod\u00ebn ekstreme t\u00eb reklamave n\u00eb ekran t\u00eb televizionit. Veshja jasht\u00eb normave, me minifundin nj\u00eb p\u00ebll\u00ebmb\u00eb dhe me dekolten\u00eb q\u00eb zbulon gjysm\u00ebn e trupit, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb as kultur\u00eb dhe as qytetari. \u00cbsht\u00eb injoranc\u00eb. Normaliteti i jet\u00ebs, \u00ebsht\u00eb i ngulitur n\u00eb tru dhe varet nga k\u00ebndv\u00ebshtrimi, me t\u00eb cilin e sheh bot\u00ebn. Marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet me bot\u00ebn kan\u00eb ndryshuar m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e jetes\u00ebs, si dhe synimet p\u00ebr jet\u00ebn, p\u00ebr ta b\u00ebr\u00eb at\u00eb sa m\u00eb t\u00eb plot\u00eb, t\u00eb begat\u00eb dhe t\u00eb lumtur, vet\u00ebm p\u00ebrmes kultur\u00ebs. Ndaj familja e dit\u00ebve tona i ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb prioritet edukimit dhe arsimimit t\u00eb brezit t\u00eb ri. Shumica e prind\u00ebrve insistojn\u00eb n\u00eb edukimin e gjithansh\u00ebm t\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve p\u00ebr t\u2019u b\u00ebr\u00eb zot\u00ebr t\u00eb vetes. Kultura pas viteve\u201990 si, let\u00ebrsia, muzika, teatri, piktura, skulptura dhe arkitektura, kan\u00eb avancuar, jan\u00eb zhveshur nga doktrinat standarde t\u00eb detyruara. N\u00eb k\u00ebto fusha t\u00eb talenteve njer\u00ebzore, punohet n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb pavarur, gj\u00eb q\u00eb tregon se artisti i \u00e7do gjinie \u00ebsht\u00eb vetvetja. Secili pasqyron bot\u00ebn e tij t\u00eb brendshme pa ndikime partiake apo politike, por v\u00ebshtron nga k\u00ebndv\u00ebshtimi i tij mbi gjith\u00e7ka q\u00eb e rrethon.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 \u00a0Si individ kam nj\u00eb v\u00ebrejtje, se muzikant\u00ebt duke u kthyer n\u00eb dasmaxhi, kan\u00eb bastarduar folklorin dhe origjinalitetin e veshjeve, q\u00eb p\u00ebr larmin\u00eb e tyre, kan\u00eb zilepsur vendet e tjera.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>GM: Si i p\u00ebrballuat sfidat e periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb kalimit nga nj\u00eb sistem totalitar n\u00eb nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri demokratike, pas r\u00ebnies s\u00eb komunizmit? Cilat ishin momentet m\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira p\u00ebr ju gjat\u00eb k\u00ebsaj periudhe t\u00eb ndryshimeve t\u00eb shpejta dhe t\u00eb thella? Si e p\u00ebrjetuat pas-monizmin dhe \u00e7far\u00eb ndikimi pati kjo periudh\u00eb n\u00eb jet\u00ebn tuaj personale dhe profesionale?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">VVH:<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>N\u00eb fundvitet \u201890, isha e s\u00ebmur\u00eb me hemoragji nga stomaku. Komisioni mjekoligjor ma kishte ndaluar pun\u00ebn e r\u00ebnd\u00eb fizike. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb punoja n\u00eb ark\u00ebn e nd\u00ebrmarrjes s\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimeve qytetare. Kishte koh\u00eb q\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi yn\u00eb,(komunist edhe pse ishte me tri klas\u00eb shkoll\u00eb), nj\u00eb dit\u00eb tha:\u201c<em>Mblidhni lek\u00eb, i ruani se m\u00eb von\u00eb nuk keni p\u00ebr t\u2019i par\u00eb me sy<\/em>\u201d. Pas ca vitesh, kur ra\u00a0<strong>Muri i Berlinit, 1989<\/strong>, m\u00eb erdhi shefja e kuadrit e m\u00eb tha:\u201c<em>M\u00eb vjen keq, po duhet ta l\u00ebsh pun\u00ebn se kjo ark\u00eb do t\u00eb suprimohet\u201d.\u00a0<\/em>Nuk kund\u00ebrshtova. Dhe at\u00eb vend pune t\u00eb p\u00ebrkohsh\u00ebm e kisha, sepse pas vitit 1985, pati nj\u00eb far\u00eb liberalizimi t\u00eb l\u00ebvizjes s\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve. Pas 3-4 dit\u00ebsh m\u00eb ra rruga andej, kur shoh nj\u00eb komunist m\u00eb kishte z\u00ebvend\u00ebsuar n\u00eb ark\u00eb. Pas demonstrat\u00ebs s\u00eb janarit 1990, nd\u00ebrmarrjet u mbyll\u00ebn dhe gjith\u00e7ka, \u00e7do material dhe dyqanet ua ndan\u00eb pun\u00ebtor\u00ebve, sigurisht atyre q\u00eb ishin an\u00ebtar\u00eb partie, kundrejt nj\u00eb shume qesharake. Ata e \u00e7uan deri n\u00eb fund luft\u00ebn e klasave, duke na l\u00ebn\u00eb ne t\u00eb mohuar\u00ebve me gisht n\u00eb goj\u00eb. Kur u krijua b\u00ebrthama e par\u00eb e PD, pas bash\u00ebshortit, u an\u00ebtar\u00ebsova dhe un\u00eb.\u00a0Ishim an\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb PD, por nuk guxonim ta thoshnim publikisht. M\u00eb pas, filluam t\u00eb dy, bashk\u00ebshorti dhe un\u00eb t\u00eb trokinim port\u00eb m\u00eb port\u00eb tek t\u00eb af\u00ebrmit, miqt\u00eb dhe shok\u00ebt tan\u00eb, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht te familjet e persekutuara. At\u00eb koh\u00eb ishte trim\u00ebri t\u00eb vrisje frik\u00ebn, se kishte ndodhur q\u00eb na e p\u00ebrplasnin der\u00ebn n\u00eb fytyr\u00eb dhe me urrejtje, duke na quajtur \u201c<strong>fashist<\/strong>\u201d. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb regjistroja edhe emrat e zonjave q\u00eb dukeshin optimiste dhe t\u00eb etura p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejtat e munguara.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hapat e ndryshimit rr\u00ebnj\u00ebsor t\u00eb jet\u00ebs\u00a0<strong><em>u hodh\u00ebn n\u00eb janarin e 1990, kur fillova pun\u00eb me kontrat\u00eb n\u00eb arsim.<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0Q\u00eb t\u00eb nisja pun\u00eb definitive, m\u00eb k\u00ebrkuan nj\u00eb v\u00ebrtetim, q\u00eb m\u00eb kishin nxjerr\u00eb nga radh\u00ebt e arsimit p\u00ebr arsye politike.<br \/>\n<em>Bashk\u00ebshorti im, Fitim Haxhiraj, shkoi n\u00eb arkivin e Seksionit t\u00eb Arsimit p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb d\u00ebshmin\u00eb. Sa i hodhi nj\u00eb sy, i ra k\u00ebmisha nga krah\u00ebt, kur lexoi, se un\u00eb isha e bija e Armikut t\u00eb Popullit q\u00eb kisha lyer duart me gjak, kur un\u00eb ende nuk kisha lindur.\u00a0<\/em><em>N\u00eb vitin 1993, Ministria e Brendshme m\u00eb pajisi me Statusin e t\u00eb Persekutuarit.<\/em>\u00a0<em>Nga viti 1967-1990, p\u00ebr mua dhe familjen time, ishin 24 vite jete si n\u00eb burg me tela me gjemba dhe mure betoni t\u00eb duksh\u00ebm e t\u00eb paduksh\u00ebm.<\/em><br \/>\nFillimi i nj\u00eb epoke t\u00eb re ishte i v\u00ebshtir\u00eb p\u00ebr gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt, se nga nj\u00eb sistemi i centralizuar diktatorial, u kalua n\u00eb nj\u00eb sistem t\u00eb decentralizuar. Hedhja e themeleve t\u00eb demokracis\u00eb nga hi\u00e7i, pa p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb, pa buxhet, pa mjete n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb sektor\u00ebt, pa specialist\u00ebt e \u00e7do fushe t\u00eb ekonomis\u00eb, kultur\u00ebs apo drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt nuk njihnin ligjet dhe rregullat e panjohura t\u00eb nj\u00eb shteti demokratik, kishte p\u00ebrplasjet e veta. Ishte koh\u00eb e eg\u00ebr, ku mbret\u00ebronte zija e buk\u00ebs. Vendin e kishte mbuluar varf\u00ebria, mungesa e energjis\u00eb elektrike, uji ishte me orar, me institucione t\u00eb shkat\u00ebrruara sikur kishte r\u00ebn\u00eb bomba atomike. Me dyqane t\u00eb boshatisura, arkat i kishin l\u00ebn\u00eb bosh. Papun\u00ebsia, uria ishte ulur k\u00ebmb\u00ebkryq n\u00eb \u00e7do vat\u00ebr shqiptare ,pasoj\u00eb e tyre ishte emigracioi klandestin. Godinat e shkollave ishin si hani pa zot. \u00c7\u2019binte jasht\u00eb, futej brenda. Gjithsesi m\u00ebsimi vazhdonte. Pas vendosjes s\u00eb pluralizmit dhe fitores s\u00eb PD m\u00eb 1992, pas formimit t\u00eb institucioneve t\u00eb larta t\u00eb pushtetit,\u00a0<strong>Qeveria Meksi<\/strong>\u00a0duhej t\u00eb merrte masa p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar kushtet minimale t\u00eb jet\u00ebs s\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve. Nga t\u00eb gjith\u00eb bashkatdhetar\u00ebt k\u00ebrkohej durim, vullnet dhe gjetje mund\u00ebsish p\u00ebr vazhdimin e jet\u00ebs. Ne, me gjith\u00eb mang\u00ebsit\u00eb,\u00a0 ia arrit\u00ebm synimit p\u00ebr hedhjen e themeleve t\u00eb demokracis\u00eb.<br \/>\nKthesa e hapur, m\u00eb e drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb, politike, ekonomike, kulturore dhe diplomtike e ndjekur nga programi i PD, ngjalli shpresat e humbura t\u00eb \u00e7do qytetari. Por dardha e ka bishtin prapa&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>GM: Ishit nj\u00eb nga grat\u00eb e para q\u00eb u ngrit\u00ebn kund\u00ebr diktatur\u00ebs. Persekucioni n\u00eb vetvete \u00ebsht\u00eb plag\u00eb e pash\u00ebruar e shpirt\u00ebrave t\u00eb munduar dhe t\u00eb humbur njer\u00ebzor\u00eb. Akoma m\u00eb e hidhur ishte<em>, kur baban\u00eb e tyre e zbrit\u00ebn nga skena pas 24 vitesh debutim n\u00eb gjith\u00eb skenat e qyteteve t\u00eb vendit dhe n\u00eb shum\u00eb fshatra, ku ka ngritur grupet artistike<\/em>. Fitim Haxhiraj ka punuar me grupe aristike n\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrjet dhe n\u00ebp\u00ebr shkollat e qytetit. Fillimisht n\u00eb Sht\u00ebpin\u00eb e Pionierit si valltar. Kaloi k\u00ebrcimtar i Sht\u00ebpis\u00eb s\u00eb Kultur\u00ebs, pastaj n\u00eb Estrad\u00ebn e Vlor\u00ebs.\u00a0<strong><em>N\u00eb 50 vjetorin e \u00c7lirimit,1962,<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0<em><u>luajti dy role t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta<\/u><\/em>\u00a0jo vet\u00ebm\u00a0<strong>si k\u00ebrcimtar, por edhe si aktor<\/strong>, n\u00eb teatrin e Vlor\u00ebs,\u00a0<strong><em>\u201cFundosja e Skuadr\u00ebs<\/em><\/strong>\u201d, dram\u00eb e\u00a0<strong><em>Sergei Bondar\u00e7uk,<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0me regji t\u00eb t\u00eb madhit\u00a0<strong><em>Kujtim Spahivogli<\/em><\/strong>. N\u00eb vitin\u00a0<strong><em><u>1964,<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0kreu kursin intensiv t\u00eb Baletit p\u00ebr koreografi me Mjesht\u00ebrit m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenj t\u00eb sken\u00ebs shqiptare. N\u00eb\u00a0<strong><em>vitin 1966,<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0n\u00eb nj\u00eb num\u00ebr t\u00eb estrad\u00ebs, Fitimi vuri vallet e tij n\u00eb sken\u00eb, n\u00eb turne nj\u00eb mujor n\u00ebp\u00ebr qytetet e vendit, ku mora pjes\u00eb edhe un\u00eb si k\u00ebrcimtare. Pas specializimit p\u00ebr koreografi, pran\u00eb Ansamblit t\u00eb Shtetit, punonte si koreograf.\u00a0<strong><em><u>N\u00eb vitin 1972,<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0vallet e tij u k\u00ebrcyen dhe u duartrokit\u00ebn n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb e Maqedoni, kurse atij iu ndalua t\u00eb shkonte. \u00c7udi e madhe, vallet e tij u brohorit\u00ebn, por emrin e koreografit nuk e prezantuan. Ai vinte nga nj\u00eb familje atdhetare, pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebse\u00a0<strong><em>n\u00eb Luft\u00ebn e Vlor\u00ebs dhe at\u00eb\u00a0 \u00c7lirimtare,<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0megjithat\u00eb e zbrit\u00ebn nga skena, se ishte martuar me armiken e popullit. Ju lutem, m\u00eb thoni: \u201c<strong><em>A kisha m\u00eb gj\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb humbur?!\u201d<br \/>\n<\/em><\/strong>K\u00ebto ishin arsyet q\u00eb, qysh n\u00eb demonstrat\u00ebn e Vlor\u00ebs p\u00ebr p\u00ebrmbysjen e diktatur\u00ebs, mora pjes\u00eb bashk\u00eb me tim shoq, Fitimin. Madje ishte ai q\u00eb m\u00eb nxiti q\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebhesha faktor n\u00eb l\u00ebvizjen demokratike. Bashk\u00eb nis\u00ebm an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimin e zonjave dhe vajzave q\u00eb t\u00eb krijonim organizat\u00ebn e gruas demokratike. Ishim gati ta deklaronim\u00a0 Organizat\u00ebn e Gruas. N\u00eb qytetin e Vlor\u00ebs, m\u00eb, 1914, ishte formuar e para organizat\u00eb e pavarur e gruas n\u00eb vendin ton\u00eb, me kryetare znj.Zehera Delvina, bashk\u00ebshorten e Kryeministrit<strong>\u00a0<em>Sulejman Delvina<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0dhe sekretare\u00a0<strong><em>Marigo Pozio.<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0Kurse an\u00ebtare, ishin zonjat m\u00eb fisnike t\u00eb Vlor\u00ebs e Kanin\u00ebs.Kjo organizat\u00eb kishte dhe gazet\u00ebn e saj \u201c<strong><em>Shpresa Komb\u00ebtare<\/em><\/strong>\u201d. P\u00ebr fat t\u00eb keq asnj\u00eb burr\u00eb nuk e l\u00eb karrigen p\u00ebr nj\u00eb grua, pasi secila p\u00ebr meshkujt \u00ebsht\u00eb thjesht nj\u00eb riprodhuese e jet\u00ebs, siguron trash\u00ebgimin, apo nj\u00eb sh\u00ebrb\u00ebtore e familjes, pa marr\u00eb parasysh vlerat intelektuale q\u00eb ka. Nuk mendohet ndryshe, kur n\u00eb 34 vite pas r\u00ebnies s\u00eb diktatur\u00ebs, nga PD e Vlor\u00ebs, asnj\u00eb zonj\u00eb nuk ka ngjitur shkall\u00ebt e parlamentit, t\u00eb ministrive, apo Bashkis\u00eb, Prefektur\u00ebs apo n\u00eb Drejt\u00ebsi. P\u00ebrse vall\u00eb? Burrat jan\u00eb aq shpirtvegj\u00ebl dhe egoist\u00eb, sa i p\u00ebrdorin grat\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebr fushata q\u00eb t\u00eb punojn\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb fituar kandidatura e nj\u00eb burri. Grat\u00eb qenkan t\u00eb zonjat t\u00eb flijohen p\u00ebr demokracin\u00eb duke votuar p\u00ebr burrat. PDSH vendosi nj\u00eb kriter p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimi p\u00ebr zonjat. Vendos\u00ebn q\u00eb 25% e m\u00eb pas 30%\u00a0 t\u00eb parlamentar\u00ebve do t\u00eb jen\u00eb gra. Kjo shif\u00ebr fiktive p\u00ebr mua si individ, \u00ebsht\u00eb e papranueshme, se nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrzgjedhje demokratike. Grat\u00eb duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb p\u00ebrballen me burrat, t\u00eb pranojn\u00eb sfid\u00ebn jo pse jan\u00eb delikate, por duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebhen faktor publik dhe faktor politik, n\u00eb demokraci e t\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsohen me arsim, kultur\u00eb, intelekt dhe profesion. N\u00eb\u00a0<em><u>zgjedhjet e vitit 1996,<\/u><\/em>\u00a0<em>u propozova dhe u p\u00ebrzgjodha Kandidate p\u00ebr Deputete n\u00eb t\u00eb pes\u00eb rajonet e Vlor\u00ebs<\/em>. N\u00eb mbr\u00ebmje m\u00eb uruan nga Tirana se dola figur\u00eb e past\u00ebr, kurse n\u00eb m\u00ebngjes, \u201cX\u201d person e soll\u00ebn nga Greqia dhe vendos\u00ebn emrin e tij si dhe t\u00eb Kryetarit t\u00eb PD Vlor\u00eb, q\u00eb nuk ishim n\u00eb list\u00ebn kandidaturave.P\u00ebr analogji po jap dy shembuj: N\u00eb fushat\u00ebn q\u00eb po\u00a0<strong><em>zhvillohet, u kandidua nj\u00eb zonj\u00eb e kulturuar me nivel t\u00eb lart\u00eb arsimor, Alta Azizi Haluci<\/em><\/strong>, pedagoge n\u00eb\u00a0<strong><em>Universitetin \u201cIsmail Qemali\u201d<\/em><\/strong>n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb, me grad\u00ebn Doktor dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb\u00a0<strong>Kryetare e Lidhjes Demokratike t\u00eb Gruas Vlor\u00eb<\/strong>. Pas p\u00ebrzgjedhjes, ajo ngeli n\u00eb list\u00ebn e hapur. Po k\u00ebshtu kandidate ishte dhe mjekja\u00a0<strong><em>Nada Daullja.<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0P\u00ebr fat t\u00eb keq votat e tyre u shkuan t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve. Ky mosvler\u00ebsim \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00ebkat dhe turp.\u00a0<em><u>Demokrat\u00ebt e Vlor\u00ebs, si duket vazhdojn\u00eb t\u2019i shikojn\u00eb shtremb\u00ebr zonjat, kur asnj\u00ebri nga t\u00eb zgjedhurit nuk matet me aft\u00ebsit\u00eb e tyre.<\/u><\/em>\u00a0Ve\u00e7se fatkeq\u00ebsi e dy zonjave t\u00eb nderuaa, \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb qenit fem\u00ebr. Duhej t\u00eb kishin nj\u00eb pseudonim mashkulli, si\u00a0<strong><em>Zhorzh Sandi, apo Dora D\u2019Istria<\/em><\/strong><em>,<\/em>\u00a0humanistet e shek XIX.
