Shkaku sipas ministris\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb fakti se nuk ka patur asnj\u00eb ofert\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatshme.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cAsnj\u00eb nga ofertat e paraqitura nuk p\u00ebrmbushin k\u00ebrkesat e ftes\u00ebs p\u00ebr procedur\u00ebn konkurruese, pra nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb dor\u00ebzuar asnj\u00eb ofert\u00eb e p\u00ebrshtatshme\u201d<\/em>, thuhet n\u00eb njoftimin e Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Infrastruktur\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Autostrada e re ishte parashikuar t\u00eb niste n\u00eb nyj\u00ebn e Milotit, ku do t\u00eb lidhej me segmentet e tjera rrugore Milot-Thuman\u00eb-Kashar-Lekaj dhe me Rrug\u00ebn e Kombit, dhe do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundonte n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn ekzistuese Tiran\u00eb \u2013Shkod\u00ebr, n\u00eb Balldre.
