Atmosfera ngjan kryek\u00ebput me periudh\u00ebn e pandemis\u00eb: heshtje, zbraz\u00ebti, munges\u00eb e ritmit t\u00eb jet\u00ebs. Dikur, zona p\u00ebrreth stadiumit \u201cAir Albania\u201d ishte nj\u00eb pik\u00eb takimi, nj\u00eb vend ku njer\u00ebzit pinin kafe, b\u00ebnin sh\u00ebtitje dhe i jepnin energji gjith\u00eb qytetit, ku f\u00ebmij\u00ebt luanin. Sot, ajo hap\u00ebsir\u00eb ka mbetur e shkrete, nj\u00eb sken\u00eb pa spektator\u00eb. Pa folur p\u00ebr kostot p\u00ebr bizneset q\u00eb paguajn\u00eb taksa dhe qira. Bogotaja \u00e7do t\u00eb diel\u00eb mbyll mbi 100 km rrug\u00eb p\u00ebr makinat dhe i hap p\u00ebr njer\u00ebzit, bi\u00e7ikletat dhe aktivitetet sportive. Atmosfera i ngjan nj\u00eb fest\u00eb t\u00eb madhe, duke treguar se njer\u00ebzit duan hap\u00ebsira p\u00ebr t\u00eb jetuar, biseduar e takuar dhe jo vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb kaluar.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebta shembuj tregojn\u00eb nj\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb universale: kur i jep qytetit hap\u00ebsira t\u00eb gjalla p\u00ebr njer\u00ebzit, ai lul\u00ebzon; kur i zhvesh nga jeta, ai vdes. Urbanistika nuk duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb sterile, e ftoht\u00eb dhe teknike. Ajo duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb njer\u00ebzore. Nj\u00eb trotuar bosh mund t\u00eb duket i rregullt, por \u00ebsht\u00eb emocionalisht i vdekur. Nj\u00eb qytet pa njer\u00ebz \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb koleksion betoni. Si\u00e7 e tregojn\u00eb Kopenhageni, Barcelona, New Yorku dhe Bogotaja, p\u00ebrgjigjja \u00ebsht\u00eb e thjesht\u00eb: hap\u00ebsirat duhet t\u2019u p\u00ebrkasin njer\u00ebzve.
