Sipas dokumentave t\u00eb publikuara n\u00eb Agjencin\u00eb e Prokurimit, kompanit\u00eb e interesuara do t\u00eb ken\u00eb afat deri m\u00eb 2 tetor p\u00ebr t\u00eb paraqitur ofertat e tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Tenderi i m\u00ebparsh\u00ebm u anulua n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb \u00e7uditshme nj\u00eb muaj e gjysm\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb, pasi asnj\u00eb nga ofertat q\u00eb u paraqit nuk rezultoi e suksesshme, ndon\u00ebse ministrja e Infrastruktur\u00ebs, Belinda Balluku, kishte deklaruar se do t\u00eb shpallte fituesin brenda dy dit\u00ebsh.<\/p>\n<p>Autostrada e re me gjat\u00ebsi 17 kilometra parashikohej t\u00eb mbyllej deri n\u00eb vitin 2028-t\u00eb. Kalvari i k\u00ebtij koncesioni ka nisur q\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 2018, kur erdhi propozimi i pak\u00ebrkuar p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e k\u00ebsaj autostrade, dhe prej asaj kohe ky projekt ka mbetur vet\u00ebm n\u00eb faz\u00eb tenderi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rruga<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Segmenti Milot Balldren\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb e t\u00eb ashtuquajturit Korridori Adriatiko-Jonian ose si\u00e7 njihet ndryshe Korridori Blu.<\/p>\n<p>Ky segment ka nj\u00eb gjat\u00ebsi 17 kilomet\u00ebr dhe do t\u00eb kushtoj\u00eb 182.5 milion\u00eb euro vet\u00ebm si kosto nd\u00ebrtimi.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse p\u00ebrfshihen dhe kostot e projektimit, ato t\u00eb mir\u00ebmbajtjes dhe t\u00eb operimit, investimi total i privatit \u00ebsht\u00eb parashikuar 365 milion\u00eb euro p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb periudh\u00ebn 35 vje\u00e7are t\u00eb koncesionit.<\/p>\n<p>Por sipas planit t\u00eb biznesit, koncesioni do t\u00eb gjeneroj\u00eb 1 miliard\u00eb euro t\u00eb ardhura p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb periudh\u00ebs 35 vjecare.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb hera e dyt\u00eb q\u00eb qeveria shqiptare tenton t\u00eb jap\u00eb me koncesion nd\u00ebrtimin e autostrad\u00ebs Milot-Balldrene. Hera e par\u00eb ishte n\u00eb vitin 2018, kur qeveria zgjodhi fituese t\u00eb koncesionit kompanin\u00eb A.N.K, por me nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr model, at\u00eb t\u00eb Partneritetit Publik Privat, sipas t\u00eb cilit kompania do t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtonte rrug\u00ebn me parat\u00eb e veta dhe do t\u00eb paguhej p\u00ebr 13 vjet nga buxheti i shtetit deri n\u00eb shlyerjen e investimit dhe fitimin e saj.<\/p>\n<p>Por A.N.K nuk arriti ta nd\u00ebrtonte rrug\u00ebn pasi nuk gjeti parat\u00eb p\u00ebr ta financuar at\u00eb. Rrjedhimit qeveria e anulloi koncesionin p\u00ebr ta tenderuar s\u00ebrish, por k\u00ebt\u00eb her\u00eb me formul\u00ebn e tarif\u00ebs s\u00eb kalimit p\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt, jo p\u00ebrmes shlyerjes nga buxheti.
