Bardhi shkruan se, karagjozll\u00ebqet e kryeministrit nuk mund t\u00eb shnd\u00ebrrohen n\u00eb akte juridike t\u00eb shtetit shqiptar. Ushtar Bajrami po tenton ta shnd\u00ebrroj\u00eb Republik\u00ebn n\u00eb nj\u00eb pala\u00e7oll\u00ebk, si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb ai vet\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Dekreti i Presidentit t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb ngarkuar kryeministrin me ngritjen dhe funksionimin e ministrit virtual “Diella”, p\u00ebrve\u00e7se qesharak, \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht antikushtetues. Ai bie ndesh me nenet 96, 97, 102 dhe 103 t\u00eb Kushtetut\u00ebs.<\/p>\n
Minist\u00ebr mund t\u00eb em\u00ebrohet: (i) shtetasi shqiptar; (ii) q\u00eb ka mbushur 18 vje\u00e7; dhe (iii) \u00ebsht\u00eb i aft\u00eb mend\u00ebrisht (shih nenet 45 dhe 103 t\u00eb Kushtetut\u00ebs). Cilat nga k\u00ebto cil\u00ebsi ka ministrja “Diella”?!<\/p>\n
