Edhe relacioni shoq\u00ebrues i vet\u00eb K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Ministrave, n\u00eb koh\u00ebn kur ligji u miratua, e pranon k\u00ebt\u00eb devijim.<\/p>\n<p>Me k\u00ebto ndryshime, ku nenet 171\u2013173 jan\u00eb riformuluar p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbyllur \u00e7do hap\u00ebsir\u00eb q\u00eb lejon dh\u00ebnien n\u00eb administrim t\u00eb trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb kulturore te privat\u00ebt, p\u00ebrmes formulave si PPP-t\u00eb apo koncesionet. Ato do t\u00eb parashikojn\u00eb vet\u00ebm mund\u00ebsin\u00eb e dhurimeve apo donacioneve, pa cenuar pron\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe administrimin me dominanc\u00eb shtet\u00ebrore.<\/p>\n<p>Trash\u00ebgimia jon\u00eb kulturore nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb mall tregtar.
