Kompania nd\u00ebrtuese e kompleksit \u00ebsht\u00eb Building Construction Invest. Kjo kompani \u00ebsht\u00eb themeluar n\u00eb shtator t\u00eb vitit 2021 nga Ilir Merja. Por m\u00eb pas kompania nd\u00ebrroi disa her\u00eb duar. Fillimisht Ilir Merja ja shiti kompanin\u00eb p\u00ebr 5 milion\u00eb lek\u00eb nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebrie aksionare t\u00eb quajtur BA Investment, e cila zot\u00ebrohet nga Nexhip Hajd\u00ebraj, nj\u00eb ish naft\u00ebtar, punonj\u00ebs i ARMO-s.<\/p>\n

BA Investment q\u00ebndroi vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr tre muaj pronare e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb. N\u00eb shkurt t\u00eb vitit 2022, ajo e shiti Building Construction tek nj\u00eb kompani e quajtur MAT & Nat, e cila zot\u00ebrohet nga Ardian Avdalli. \u00e7mimi i shitjes k\u00ebt\u00eb her\u00eb ishte 10 milion\u00eb lek\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Por edhe Avdalli, nuk ishte caktuar si pronari fundor i projektit Tirana Lake. N\u00eb fund t\u00eb vitit 2023, kompania Building Construction u shit s\u00ebrish. K\u00ebt\u00eb her\u00eb bler\u00ebsi ishte shoq\u00ebria AMAR, e Armand Lilos dhe \u00e7mimi i shitjes ishte 12.5 milion\u00eb euro.<\/p>\n

Sipas kontrat\u00ebs s\u00eb shitjes, Avdalli p\u00ebrfitoi 500 mij\u00eb euro menj\u00ebher\u00eb me n\u00ebnshkrimin e kontrat\u00ebs, nd\u00ebrsa pjes\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr prej 12 milion\u00eb eurosh do ta marr\u00eb n\u00eb natyr\u00eb me sip\u00ebrfaqe nd\u00ebrtimore.<\/p>\n

Projekti Tirana Lake shtrihet n\u00eb nj\u00eb sip\u00ebrfaqe trualli prej 32.5 met\u00ebr katror\u00eb. Nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb tij, rreth 2100 met\u00ebr katror\u00eb, shoq\u00ebria Building Construction e bleu nga shteti p\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb kontrate me Ministrin\u00eb e Financave p\u00ebr vler\u00ebn 143 milion\u00eb lek\u00eb ose rreth 68 mij\u00eb lek\u00eb p\u00ebr met\u00ebr.<\/p>\n
