Sipas dokumenteve, trualli prej 7,100 m\u00b2 pran\u00eb Stadiumit \u201cAir Albania\u201d do t\u2019i jepet investitor\u00ebve privat\u00eb p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e nj\u00eb kulle me sip\u00ebrfaqe deri n\u00eb 60,000 m\u00b2 dhe pes\u00eb kate n\u00ebntok\u00eb parkimi.<\/p>\n
N\u00eb k\u00ebmbim, 45% e sip\u00ebrfaqes s\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimit do t\u2019i kaloj\u00eb shtetit.
