Kryetari i PD, Sali Berisha n\u00eb konferenc\u00ebn me gazetar\u00ebt u ndal edhe te miratimi i \u2018Ligjit p\u00ebr Barazin\u00eb Gjinore\u2019, q\u00eb u miratua dit\u00ebn kur Gjykata Supreme e SHBA sanksionoi dy gjini.<\/p>\n
Kjo sipas Berish\u00ebs, ndodh vet\u00ebm n\u00eb nj\u00eb parlament me vot\u00eb t\u00eb vjedhur, ku p\u00ebrmes tij i vihet kazma familjes shqiptare.<\/p>\n
Berisha tha se, ata e votuan, por kur e kuptuan se ata nuk mund t\u00eb mbronin para shqiptar\u00ebve ligjin q\u00eb shkonfiguronte shtyll\u00ebn kryesore t\u00eb ekzistenc\u00ebs s\u00eb kombit, familjen, vendos\u00ebn ta votojn\u00eb pa debat, mor\u00ebn pushim gjersa i mblodh\u00ebn n\u00eb t\u00eb kat\u00ebr an\u00ebt deputet\u00ebt q\u00eb nuk i kishin dhe realizuan votimin si\u00e7 e pat\u00eb mbr\u00ebm\u00eb.<\/p>\n
\u201cS\u00eb dyti, duhet t\u00eb rikthehem edhe nj\u00ebher\u00eb ligjit q\u00eb i vuri kazm\u00ebn n\u00eb themel shtyll\u00ebs m\u00eb kryesore t\u00eb ekzistenc\u00ebs s\u00eb kombit shqiptar, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb familja.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn dit\u00eb kur Gjykata Supreme e SHBA, 9 vite pas gjykimit t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs Supreme t\u00eb Franc\u00ebs, sanksionon dy gjini, mashkull, fem\u00ebr, burr\u00eb, grua dhe p\u00ebrjashton njohjen e \u00e7do gjinie tjet\u00ebr, n\u00eb parlamentin e dhun\u00ebs, t\u00eb vot\u00ebs s\u00eb vjedhur, votohet ligji n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin gjinia z\u00ebvend\u00ebsohet me p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsin\u00eb e shum\u00ebfisht\u00eb gjinore.<\/p>\n
