Qytetar\u00ebt kan\u00eb refuzar q\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebhen pjes\u00eb e farsave elektorale t\u00eb regjimit q\u00eb nuk lejon vot\u00ebn e lir\u00eb ndaj ata i kan\u00eb braktisur votimet e sotme. Kur zgjedhjet e lira nuk lejohen dhe kur raportet nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare si ai i OSBE\/ODIHR e theksojn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb duke deklaruar se nuk ka votime t\u00eb barabarta n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe votat b;ihen nga Partia-Shtet qytetar\u00ebt e humbasin interesin p\u00ebr tu b\u00ebr\u00eb pjes\u00eb e k\u00ebtyre farsave elektorale.
