The purpose of this meeting \u00ebas to discuss issues related to local governance in Albania and, above all, to send a clear message to our international partners\u2014the European Commission, the Council of Europe, the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities\u2014that \u00ebhen it comes to the strategic interests of the country and European integration, political divisions are set aside in order to cooperate for the common good.
