Ky projekt me vler\u00eb t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn 80 milion\u00eb euro investim, rezulton se ka si p\u00ebrfitues shtetasin Engj\u00ebll Agalliu, nj\u00eb punonj\u00ebs i thjesht\u00eb i kompanis\u00eb \u201cSalillari\u201d, q\u00eb nuk g\u00ebzon as kapacitetet teknike dhe as financiare p\u00ebr realizimin e nj\u00eb projekt t\u00eb till\u00eb.<\/p>\n Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr rast q\u00eb d\u00ebshmon se Belinda Balluku \u00ebsht\u00eb zyrtari m\u00eb i korruptuar n\u00eb historin\u00eb e shtetit shqiptar, pas shefit dhe avokatit t\u00eb saj Edi Rama.
