Ul fondet p\u00ebr arsimin deri n\u00eb vitin 2028"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Fondet p\u00ebr arsimin do t\u00eb vijn\u00eb n\u00eb ulje si n\u00eb raport me PBB-n\u00eb, ashtu edhe me shpenzimet buxhetore, sipas parashikimeve n\u00eb buxhetin afatmes\u00ebm 2026-2028.<\/p>\n<p>Shqip\u00ebria alokon pak fonde p\u00ebr arsimin. Sipas INSTAT, shpenzimet publike p\u00ebr arsimin n\u00eb vitin 2022 ishin vet\u00ebm 2,9% e PBB-s\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa k\u00ebt\u00eb vit pritet t\u00eb arrijn\u00eb n\u00eb 2.4% t\u00eb PBB dhe n\u00eb vitin 2028 do t\u00eb jen\u00eb vet\u00ebm 2.1% t\u00eb PBB-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo tregon se teksa ekonomia rritet, ndahen m\u00eb pak fonde p\u00ebr arsimin. E nj\u00ebjta praktik\u00eb po ndodh edhe me sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsin\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Fondet p\u00ebr arsimin ulen jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb raport me PBB-n\u00eb, por edhe me shpenzimet totale buxhetore. K\u00ebt\u00eb vit buxheti i arsimit \u00ebsht\u00eb sa 7.5% e totalit t\u00eb buxhetit, teksa n\u00eb 2028 nuk do t\u00eb jet\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 7%.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor, mesatarja e shpenzimeve p\u00ebr arsim n\u00eb vendet e rajonit l\u00ebviz af\u00ebr 3,9% t\u00eb PBB-s\u00eb, q\u00eb tregon se Shqip\u00ebria mbetet posht\u00eb nivelit t\u00eb fqinj\u00ebve t\u00eb saj.<\/p>\n<p>Nga ana tjet\u00ebr vendi ka munges\u00eb t\u00eb theksuar t\u00eb infrastruktur\u00ebs n\u00eb shkolla me nd\u00ebrtesa t\u00eb amortizuara, munges\u00eb infrastrukture teknologjike, dhe v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi n\u00eb ofrimin e nj\u00eb m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnie cil\u00ebsore.<\/p>\n<p>Gjithashtu ka ndarja e fondeve brenda niveleve arsimore mbetet difektoze.
