Rr\u00ebshqitje Demokratike: IDU n\u00ebnvizon shkelje sistemike gjat\u00eb zgjedhjeve, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb blerjen e vot\u00ebs, intimidimin dhe keqp\u00ebrdorimin e burimeve shtet\u00ebrore. Mbi 4,500+ aktivitete shtet\u00ebrore jan\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur p\u00ebr fushat\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat askush nuk mban asnj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>2. Shkrirja Shtet, Parti, Krim: Rezoluta paralajm\u00ebron se rrjete kriminale kan\u00eb ndikuar listat e kandidat\u00ebve dhe proceset politike n\u00eb Elbasan, Durr\u00ebs dhe Vor\u00eb, duke c\u00ebnuar integritetin demokratik.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>3. Kapja Politike e Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb: IDU shpreh shqet\u00ebsim t\u00eb thell\u00eb p\u00ebr hetime t\u00eb bllokuara, vendime t\u00eb injoruara nga Gjykata Kushtetuese dhe kontroll n\u00eb rritje t\u00eb ekzekutivit mbi prokurorin\u00eb, gjyq\u00ebsorin, median dhe institucionet rregullatore.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>4. P\u00ebrndjekje Selektive e Opozit\u00ebs: Rezoluta d\u00ebnon ndjekjet penale me motive politike ndaj disa figurave t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb kreun e PD Sali Berisha, kreun e PR Fatmir Mediu dhe kreun e PL Ilir Meta.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>5. Shqip\u00ebria si Rrezik Narko Shteti: IDU thekson se Shqip\u00ebria mbetet nj\u00eb qend\u00ebr rajonale p\u00ebr trafik droge dhe pastrim parash, nj\u00eb k\u00ebrc\u00ebnim p\u00ebr sigurin\u00eb evropiane dhe besueshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e procesit t\u00eb zgjerimit t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>6. Thirrje p\u00ebr BE-n\u00eb, SHBA dhe K\u00ebshillin e Europ\u00ebs: Rezoluta k\u00ebrkon kushte strikte meritokracie p\u00ebr rrug\u00ebn e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb drejt BE dhe propozon krijimin e nj\u00eb mekanizmi nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar t\u00eb pavarur p\u00ebr monitorimin e zgjedhjeve, drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe medias.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>7. Sanksione t\u00eb Synuara: IDU k\u00ebrkon sanksione t\u00eb synuara ndaj zyrtar\u00ebve t\u00eb lidhur me korrupsion, krimin e organizuar dhe ndjekjen politike n\u00eb vend.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>8. Rreziku i nj\u00eb Regjimi Narko Autoritar: Rezoluta paralajm\u00ebron se Shqip\u00ebria rrezikon t\u00eb fundoset n\u00eb nj\u00eb regjim narko autoritar n\u00ebse nuk nd\u00ebrmerren reforma imediate.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>9. Expresses deep concern that the OSCE\/ODIHR Report confirms systemic violations including intimidation, vote-buying, and the misuse of state resources and the use of corruption and criminal networks to influence Socialist candidate lists, notably in Elbasan, Durr\u00ebs, and Vora.<\/p>\n<p>2. Notes that over 4,500 state events were exploited for campaigning with minimal sanctions, showing institutional bias and impunity and condemns the use of public funds and criminal patronage to manipulate votes and the diaspora electorate.<\/p>\n<p>3. Warns that persistent refusal to implement ODIHR recommendations has entrenched electoral coercion and eroded trust in democracy.<\/p>\n<p>Weaponization of Justice and Collapse of Oversight<\/p>\n<p>4. Notes grave concern over blocked inquiries, ignored motions, and disregard for Constitutional Court rulings and highlights executive control over the prosecution, judiciary, media, and regulatory bodies.<\/p>\n<p>Condemns politically motivated cases against opposition leaders including Sali Berisha, Fatmir Mediu, Ilir Meta, and others, warning of selective justice and imminent political verdicts;<\/p>\n<p>Albania as a Narco-State and Security Threat<\/p>\n<p>6. Expresses alarm that Albania remains a regional hub for drug trafficking and money laundering, with criminal infiltration of public contracts, construction, and tourism and warns that the narco-economy threatens regional stability, European security and the credibility of EU enlargement;<\/p>\n<p>Calls and Recommendations<\/p>\n<p>7. Calls on the EU, U.S., and Council of Europe to apply strict merit-based conditionality to Albania\u2019s EU path and urges creation of an independent international mechanism to monitor elections, justice, and media;<\/p>\n<p>8. Requests targeted sanctions against officials and entities linked to corruption, organized crime, and political persecution and supports reforms to dismantle criminal networks, ensure judicial independence, restore parliamentary oversight, and protect media freedom;<\/p>\n<p>Conclusions<\/p>\n<p>9. Reaffirms that the fusion of political power, justice, and organized crime poses a grave threat to European democracy and security;<\/p>\n<p>10. Warns that Albania risks a permanent narco-authoritarian regime;<\/p>\n<p>11.
