U zgjodh deputet n\u00eb dy legjislatura 1991-1996, nd\u00ebrsa m\u00eb 1998 u t\u00ebrhoq nga politika aktive.<\/p>\n<p>Ish-ligjv\u00ebn\u00ebsi njihej p\u00ebr vuajtjet e tij n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e diktatur\u00ebs. U d\u00ebnua n\u00eb vitin 1953 me 25 vjet heqje lirie. Burgun e vuajti n\u00eb Burrel mes personaliteteve t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Pas burgut kaloi kalvarin e internimit familjarisht.<\/p>\n<p>Ai lindi n\u00eb Gjirokast\u00ebr, n\u00eb vitin 1930. I biri i ish-ministrit Hasan Dosti. Pas arratisjes s\u00eb babait dhe v\u00ebllait, ai me v\u00ebllez\u00ebrit dhe motrat, pasi t\u00eb \u00ebm\u00ebn ia pushkatuan gjerman\u00ebt dit\u00ebn e largimit nga Tirana, u persekutuan.
