Nj\u00eb lit\u00ebr naft\u00eb tregtohej dje n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri me rreth 200 lek\u00eb, ose 2.4 dollar\u00eb, me kursin aktual.<\/p>\n<p>Si rrjedhoj\u00eb, nj\u00eb qytetari shqiptar do ti duheshin aktualisht 7.2% e t\u00eb ardhurave ditore p\u00ebr t\u00eb bler\u00eb nj\u00eb lit\u00ebr naft\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave t\u00eb p\u00ebrpunuara nga Monitor, bazuar n\u00eb shifrat e FMN-s\u00eb dhe Global Petrol Price, kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb pesha m\u00eb e lart\u00eb nd\u00ebr vendet europiane t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshira n\u00eb analiz\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb krahasim me vendet e tjera t\u00eb rajonit pesha \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn dy her\u00eb m\u00eb e lart\u00eb. N\u00eb Serbi, nj\u00eb lit\u00ebr karburant p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson rreth 3.7% t\u00eb t\u00eb ardhurave ditore, n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi rreth 3.6%, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb Rumani rreth 2.8%. Edhe n\u00eb Greqi, nj\u00eb nga tregjet m\u00eb t\u00eb shtrenjta t\u00eb karburantit n\u00eb Europ\u00eb n\u00eb terma nominal\u00eb, pesha e nj\u00eb litri nafte n\u00eb raport me t\u00eb ardhurat \u00ebsht\u00eb rreth 2.5%.<\/p>\n<p>Rajoni i ka \u00e7mimet e naft\u00ebs dhe n\u00eb vler\u00eb nominale, mesatarisht 15-30% m\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebta se Shqip\u00ebria, sidomos Kosova e Maqedonia e Veriut. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, q\u00eb t\u00eb ardhurat p\u00ebr frym\u00eb t\u00eb vendit mbeten nd\u00ebr m\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebtat n\u00eb rajon, duke ia kaluar s\u00eb fundmi Maqedonis\u00eb s\u00eb Veriut, me Kosov\u00ebn q\u00eb i ka m\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebtat.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb ekonomit\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb zhvilluara europiane, diferenca \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe m\u00eb e madhe p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb t\u00eb ardhurave m\u00eb t\u00eb larta, me karburantin q\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri \u00ebsht\u00eb tre deri n\u00eb 6 her\u00eb m\u00eb i shtrenjt\u00eb n\u00eb terma relative, sipas fuqis\u00eb bler\u00ebse.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb vende si Italia, Franca, Gjermania apo Belgjika, nj\u00eb lit\u00ebr karburant zakonisht p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson m\u00eb pak se 2% t\u00eb t\u00eb ardhurave mesatare ditore, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb disa vende t\u00eb Europ\u00ebs Veriore pesha bie edhe m\u00eb tej. Kjo b\u00ebn q\u00eb pesha reale e karburantit mbi buxhetin e familjeve dhe mbi kostot e transportit p\u00ebr bizneset t\u00eb jet\u00eb shum\u00eb m\u00eb e lart\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave t\u00eb Global Petrol Price, edhe n\u00eb vler\u00eb nominale, Shqip\u00ebria renditet e pesta n\u00eb Europ\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7mimet e naft\u00ebs, pas Holand\u00ebs, Danimark\u00ebs, Norvegjis\u00eb, e Zvicr\u00ebs, me k\u00ebto t\u00eb fundit q\u00eb e kan\u00eb karburantin vet\u00ebm 10 deri n\u00eb 30 cent m\u00eb shum\u00eb se n\u00eb vendin ton\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Karburanti \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga komponent\u00ebt kryesor\u00eb t\u00eb kostove t\u00eb transportit dhe logjistik\u00ebs n\u00eb ekonomi. N\u00eb vende ku pesha e tij mbi t\u00eb ardhurat \u00ebsht\u00eb e lart\u00eb, ndikimi p\u00ebrhapet m\u00eb tej n\u00eb \u00e7mimet e mallrave, n\u00eb koston e transportit t\u00eb mallrave dhe n\u00eb shpenzimet e p\u00ebrditshme t\u00eb familjeve.<\/p>\n<p>Pesha e lart\u00eb e taksave mbetet nj\u00eb nga arsyet kryesore t\u00eb \u00e7mimeve t\u00eb shtrenjta n\u00eb vend, ku rreth 60% t\u00eb \u00e7mimit e p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb taksat.( Akciza: rreth 37-38 lek\u00eb\/lit\u00ebr; Taksa e qarkullimit: rreth 27 lek\u00eb\/lit\u00ebr; Taksa e karbonit: rreth 3 lek\u00eb\/lit\u00ebr; TVSH: 20% e \u00e7mimit final, etj).<\/p>\n<p>Karburantet, rritja e \u00e7mimit reflektohet shum\u00eb shpejt, por ulja jo!<\/p>\n<p>Reagimet shum\u00eb t\u00eb shpejta n\u00eb rritje t\u00eb \u00e7mimeve kur shtrenjtohen n\u00eb bursa dhe uljet e ngadalta kur bien n\u00eb tregjet nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare mbeten nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr arsye e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas raportimeve t\u00eb Monitor n\u00eb renditjen e kompanive m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha sipas fitimeve, psh, n\u00eb vitin 2019, norma e fitimit p\u00ebr sektorin u rrit me 0.5-1 pik\u00eb p\u00ebrqindje.
