Varf\u00ebria m\u00eb e rrezikshme nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb ajo e xhepit, por varf\u00ebria shpirt\u00ebrore. Kur intelektual\u00ebt, ekonomist\u00ebt dhe profesionist\u00ebt heshtin p\u00ebrpara vjedhjes s\u00eb pasurive publike, ata b\u00ebhen bashk\u00ebfajtor\u00eb n\u00eb mjerimin e bashk\u00ebqytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb tyre.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb sisteme ku integriteti \u00ebsht\u00eb \u201ci tregtuesh\u00ebm\u201d, meritokracia vdes dhe kapitali njer\u00ebzor\u2014truri i kombit\u2014largohet drejt vendeve ku dinjiteti vler\u00ebsohet. Rezultati \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb shtet \u201chibrid\u201d q\u00eb l\u00ebngon mes varf\u00ebris\u00eb ekonomike dhe liris\u00eb s\u00eb kufizuar. Zgjidhja p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb kriz\u00eb nuk vjen thjesht nga ndryshimi i ligjeve, por nga forcimi i karakterit. Ne kemi nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb \u201cRilindje Morale\u201d q\u00eb fillon q\u00eb n\u00eb bankat e shkoll\u00ebs. Kuraja morale duhet t\u00eb m\u00ebsohet dhe t\u00eb kultivohet po aq sa matematika apo gjuha. Ne duhet t\u2019u m\u00ebsojm\u00eb t\u00eb rinjve se suksesi pa integritet \u00ebsht\u00eb thjesht nj\u00eb d\u00ebshtim i maskuar. Nj\u00eb udh\u00ebheq\u00ebs i mir\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb ai q\u00eb grumbullon pushtet absolut, por ai q\u00eb ka fuqin\u00eb dhe etik\u00ebn t\u00eb thot\u00eb \u201cJo\u201d kur parimet cenohen. \u201cDenoncuesit e integritetit\/whistleblower, nuk duhet t\u00eb shihen si tradhtar\u00eb, por si heronj t\u00eb koh\u00ebs son\u00eb dhe rojet e fundit t\u00eb demokracis\u00eb.
