Ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb proces q\u00eb k\u00ebrkon vigjilenc\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrditshme, institucione t\u00eb forta dhe mbi t\u00eb gjitha vullnet politik p\u00ebr t\u00eb respektuar rregullat e bashk\u00ebjetes\u00ebs demokratike.<\/p>\n<p>Roli i Kuvendit t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb ky\u00e7 n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim. Parlamenti nuk duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb thjesht nj\u00eb mekaniz\u00ebm formal p\u00ebr miratimin e ligjeve t\u00eb propozuara nga qeveria, por nj\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00eb reale debati, kontrolli dhe llogaridh\u00ebnieje. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kuptim, opozita nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb penges\u00eb, por nj\u00eb komponent i domosdosh\u00ebm i nj\u00eb demokracie funksionale. Nj\u00eb opozit\u00eb e fort\u00eb dhe e d\u00ebgjuar garanton balanc\u00ebn e pushteteve dhe mbron interesin publik.<\/p>\n<p>Megjithat\u00eb, realiteti q\u00eb p\u00ebrjetojm\u00eb shpesh na tregon se ky rol nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb gjithmon\u00eb i leht\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u ushtruar. Sfida t\u00eb tilla si kufizimi i hap\u00ebsir\u00ebs s\u00eb debatit, mungesa e transparenc\u00ebs n\u00eb proceset vendimmarr\u00ebse dhe p\u00ebrdorimi i shumic\u00ebs parlamentare p\u00ebr t\u00eb shmangur kontrollin efektiv, d\u00ebmtojn\u00eb besimin e qytetar\u00ebve tek institucioni dhe c\u00ebnojn\u00eb interesin publik.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb fakt tashm\u00eb i njohur bot\u00ebrisht se k\u00ebrkesat e deputet\u00ebve t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs p\u00ebr informacion mbeten pa p\u00ebrgjigje. K\u00ebrkesat tona p\u00ebr interpelanca dhe pyetje me kryeministrin apo an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e qeveris\u00eb refuzohen, nd\u00ebrsa k\u00ebrkesat tona p\u00ebr ngritjen e komisioneve hetimore rr\u00ebzohen.
