Ndon\u00ebse qeveria riaktivizoi Bordin e Transparenc\u00ebs, \u00e7mimet u ul\u00ebn vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr dy dit\u00eb n\u00eb 203 lek\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebrcyer n\u00eb fund t\u00eb marsit n\u00eb 218 lek\u00eb. Mesatarisht, nj\u00eb lit\u00ebr naft\u00eb kushtoi 200 lek\u00eb n\u00eb mars, ose 14% m\u00eb shum\u00eb se m\u00eb par\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Pavar\u00ebsisht rritjes s\u00eb \u00e7mimeve, k\u00ebrkesa jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb nuk ra, por u rrit, duke provuar se nafta \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb produkt i domosdosh\u00ebm me k\u00ebrkes\u00eb jo elastike (d.m.th. q\u00eb nuk ndikohet nga \u00e7mimi).<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb dh\u00ebnat zyrtare nga Dogana b\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb ditur se konsumi i naft\u00ebs n\u00eb mars ishte 35.8 mij\u00eb ton, nga 33.8 mij\u00eb ton n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin muaj t\u00eb nj\u00eb viti m\u00eb par\u00eb, me nj\u00eb rritje prej gati 6% (shiko grafikun).<\/p>\n<p>Edhe operator\u00ebt e tregut pohuan se nuk kan\u00eb konstatuar r\u00ebnie t\u00eb konsumit n\u00eb mars, pavar\u00ebsisht shtrenjtimit t\u00eb \u00e7mimeve. Sistemi i dob\u00ebt i transportit publik, i p\u00ebrqendruar vet\u00ebm tek autobus\u00ebt, b\u00ebn q\u00eb shum\u00eb individ\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorin makinat personale p\u00ebr t\u00eb shkuar n\u00eb pun\u00eb, apo p\u00ebr t\u00eb shoq\u00ebruar f\u00ebmij\u00ebt n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb. I lart\u00eb mbetet konsumi edhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb l\u00ebvizur n\u00eb fundjav\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb dh\u00ebna t\u00eb tjera nga Drejtoria e P\u00ebrgjithshme e Sh\u00ebrbimeve t\u00eb Transportit Rrugor (DPSHTRR), treguan t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn tendenc\u00eb se kriza n\u00eb Lindjen e Mesme dhe shtrenjtimi i karburanteve nuk ka ndikuar n\u00eb prirjen n\u00eb rritje t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve p\u00ebr t\u00eb bler\u00eb automjete, t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn p\u00ebr muajt e par\u00eb t\u00eb vitit.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb mars u regjistruan p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb 7,891 automjete n\u00eb vend, me nj\u00eb rritje prej 15% n\u00eb krahasim me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin muaj t\u00eb nj\u00eb viti m\u00eb par\u00eb. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb dhe rekordi historik i regjistrimeve t\u00eb reja t\u00eb automjeteve q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb sh\u00ebnuar ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb n\u00eb mars.<\/p>\n<p>E nj\u00ebjta tendenc\u00eb konstatohet p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb tre mujorin e par\u00eb. P\u00ebrve\u00e7 janarit, kur regjistrimet ran\u00eb me 7.6%, n\u00eb shkurt ato u rrit\u00ebn me 20.6%. N\u00eb tremujorin e par\u00eb, n\u00eb vend jan\u00eb shtuar n\u00eb rrug\u00eb gjithsej rreth 22 mjete t\u00eb reja, pjesa m\u00eb e madhe t\u00eb cilave autovetura, me nj\u00eb rritje prej 8.4% me baz\u00eb vjetore. 60% e k\u00ebtyre makinave q\u00eb u regjistruan p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb ishin me naft\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>10 milion\u00eb euro m\u00eb shum\u00eb, vet\u00ebm nga shtrenjtimi i \u00e7mimit<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb mars, konsumi ishte 35.8 mij\u00eb ton, ose rreth 42.4 milion\u00eb litra. P\u00ebr t\u00eb bler\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb sasi, p\u00ebrdoruesit e mjeteve kan\u00eb shpenzuar rreth 8.5 miliard\u00eb lek\u00eb, ose rreth 87 milion\u00eb euro, me nj\u00eb \u00e7mim mesatar prej 200 lek\u00eb p\u00ebr lit\u00ebr. N\u00ebse k\u00ebt\u00eb sasi do e kishin bler\u00eb me \u00e7mimin prej 175 lek\u00eb, shpenzimi do t\u00eb ishte 7.4 miliard\u00eb lek\u00eb, ose 1.05 miliard\u00eb lek\u00eb (rreth 11 milion\u00eb euro) m\u00eb pak.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, konsumi i naft\u00ebs mbetet i lart\u00eb, teksa pjesa m\u00eb e madhe e makinave q\u00eb qarkullojn\u00eb n\u00eb vend p\u00ebrdorin k\u00ebt\u00eb karburant si l\u00ebnd\u00eb djeg\u00ebse. Sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave nga Drejtoria e P\u00ebrgjithshme e Sh\u00ebrbimit t\u00eb Transportit Rrugor (DPSHTRR) deri n\u00eb fund t\u00eb shkurtit, n\u00eb vend kishte aktive 1.06 milion\u00eb mjete.<\/p>\n<p>Nga k\u00ebto, rreth 732 mij\u00eb, ose gati 70% e totalit p\u00ebrdorin naft\u00ebn si l\u00ebnd\u00eb djeg\u00ebse. Rreth 210 mij\u00eb automjete, ose gati 20% p\u00ebrdorin vet\u00ebm benzin\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>Rreth 84 mij\u00eb p\u00ebrdorues i kan\u00eb automjetet me gaz, apo 8% e totalit.
