dhe kjo zgjedhje ka pasoja q\u00eb shkojn\u00eb p\u00ebrtej politik\u00ebs s\u00eb dit\u00ebs, sepse prek r\u00ebnd\u00eb besimin n\u00eb institucione, nj\u00eb element pa t\u00eb cilin \u00e7do sistem demokratik mbetet formal dhe i zbraz\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, retorika p\u00ebr integrimin evropian vazhdon t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoret si nj\u00eb mbules\u00eb n\u00eb tym, sikur procesi i integrimit t\u00eb ishte nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje e deklaratave dhe jo e standardeve konkrete q\u00eb duhen p\u00ebrmbushur n\u00eb praktik\u00eb;
