M\u00ebsohet se gjith\u00e7ka ka ndodhur dit\u00ebn e enjte n\u00eb kryq\u00ebzimin e Ballabanit, ku kryetari i PS K\u00eblcyre, Hodjan Selmani, i shoq\u00ebruar nga tre miq t\u00eb tij, Xhafer Serani, Leonard Canaj dhe Mariglen Dhosi, t\u00eb tre punonj\u00ebs t\u00eb administrat\u00ebs shtet\u00ebrore, jan\u00eb kacafytur me dy punonj\u00ebs policie t\u00eb patrull\u00ebs.<\/p>\n
