Dorheqjet e tyre lidhen me rrogat fare te ulta te ushtarve dhe kushtet krejt te papershtateshme.<\/p>\n<p>Oficeret,gjere te tek ata te larte punojne pas dite si roje sigurie ose barmen apo kamarier ne lokale, bare restorante sepse rrogat e tyre jane te ulta dhe nuk perballojne dot kerkesat familjare.<\/p>\n<p>Shume e keqe eshte gjendja ne floten ajrore dhe detare te ushtrise tone.<\/p>\n<p>Birn ka investiguar dhe ka b\u00ebr\u00eb publike par 10 dit\u00ebsh fenomenin e mos funksionimit t\u00eb Flotes Ajrore dhe Detare t\u00eb Ushtris\u00eb Shqiptare si vend an\u00ebtar i NATO-s..!<\/p>\n<p>Asnj\u00eb helikopter, perfshi dhe helikopter\u00ebt CUGAR qe jan\u00eb bler\u00eb 10 vitet e fundit dhe kan\u00eb kushtuar mbi 100 milion euro , nuk ngrihen qoft\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb minut n\u00eb ajer sepse jan\u00eb jasht\u00eb gatishmerie&#8230;!<\/p>\n<p>Kjo u vertetua dhe vitin qe shkoj, ku gjat\u00eb veres kishte me qindra vatra zjarri dhe Flota Ajrore Shqiptare nuk u ngrit qoft\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr nj\u00eb minut me fikur zjarret, por u desh me i kerkuar ndihm\u00eb Mekanizmit t\u00eb Mbrojtjes Evropiane..!<\/p>\n<p>Po k\u00ebshtu \u00ebsht\u00eb situata dhe me Floten Detare, ku asnj\u00eb anije luftarake nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb gatishmeri&#8230;!<\/p>\n<p>Prej 3 vitesh asnj\u00eb helikopter apo anije luftarake nuk jan\u00eb n\u00eb gatishmeri dhe nj\u00eb gj\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb e raportojn\u00eb n\u00eb buketinin ditor t\u00eb Shtabit t\u00eb Pergjithshem t\u00eb Ushtris\u00eb&#8230;!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nga Sali BERISHA Gjysma e ushtareve kane dorezuar doreheqjen ne komandat e tyre per shkak te rrogave shume te uleta dhe kushteve te papershtatshme.
