vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrballen me taksa t\u00eb larta, munges\u00eb financimi dhe ekonomi t\u00eb rr\u00ebnuar.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pasi Kuvendi miratoi ligjin p\u00ebr krijimin e Bank\u00ebs Shqiptare t\u00eb Zhvillimit dhe pasi qeveria derdhi 1 miliard lek\u00eb nga parat\u00eb e shqiptar\u00ebve si kapital fillestar, sot rezulton se institucioni ende nuk ka as nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr tender miliona eurosh p\u00ebr konsulenc\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.3 milion\u00eb euro do t\u00eb shpenzohen p\u00ebr nj\u00eb kompani private, e cila do t\u00eb hartoj\u00eb dhe konsolidoj\u00eb kuadrin institucional, strategjik dhe operacional t\u00eb Bank\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\"
