\u2022 Sa here ka patur proteste qytetare, ER dhe PS kane qene ne krah te qytetareve.<\/div>\n
Keshtu ndodhi me armet kimike, keshtu ndodhi edhe me studentet.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\u2022 Ka nje diference te madhe mes protestave te opozites dhe atyre qytetare. Diferenca<\/div>\n
ndihet jo vetem ne pjesemarrje, por edhe ne mesazhe. Kjo eshte qartazi nje<\/div>\n
proteste qytetare dhe duhen pergezuar te gjithe ata qe marrin pjese ne menyre te<\/div>\n
cilter, sic jane shumica e pjesemarresve.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\u2022 Por sigurisht ne proteste ka edhe elemente manipulative. Jo vetem nga Shqiperia<\/div>\n
(kryesisht parti politike opozitare), jo vetem nga rajoni (xhelozia per zhvillimin e<\/div>\n
turizmit elitar), por edhe me gjere. Ne kemi te dhena, te cilat jane edhe publike<\/div>\n
(postimet ne rrjete sociale) te aplifikimit qe Irani psh I ben kesaj proteste. Nuk<\/div>\n
eshte faji I protestuese, port e gjithe te jemi te kujdesshem te mos perdoremi nga<\/div>\n
askush qe I do te keqen Shqiperise.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\u2022 Fatkeqesisht mbulimi I gjere mediatik nderkombetar ka pak lidhje me protesten<\/div>\n
dhe shume lidhje me disa nga investitoret e projektit. Jemi ne nje moment kyc te<\/div>\n
sezonit turistik, te mos I trembim ata qe duan te vitizojne Shqiperine dhe te<\/div>\n
shpenzojne para ne vendin tone.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\u2022 Si mazhorance ne duhet te kujdesemi per mjedisin, por jo vetem. Duhet te nxisim<\/div>\n
edhe zhvillimin e vendit ne te gjithe sektoret, duke u kujdesur posacerisht per<\/div>\n
mjedisin. Por turizmi, fjala qe vjen, nuk mund te zhvillohet vetem me Airbnb ose<\/div>\n
me struktura hotelerie me 3 apo 4 yje. Na duhen edhe struktura te nivelit me te<\/div>\n
larte dhe kur investitore te huaj ofrohen, ne s\u2019duhet t\u2019I trembim ata. Shikoni cfare<\/div>\n
ndodhi me Kakomene 20 vjet me pare dhe shikoni ku eshte sot. Ajo qe ndodhi<\/div>\n
atehere nuk duhet te perseritet me.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\u2022 Ne jemi nje vend I vogel dhe nuk e kemi luksin t\u2019I debojme investitoret e<\/div>\n
medhenj. Nje investitor qe iken I trembur eshte lajmi me I keq I mundshem per<\/div>\n
Shqiperine, pasi shume e shume te tjere nuk do te afrohen me per kohe te gjate.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\u2022 Sigurisht ne duhet te kujdesemi per ligjshmerine dhe per mjedisin. Sot qe flasim<\/div>\n
nuk ka ende nje projekt, nderkohe qe studimi mjedisor sapo ka filluar. Jane<\/div>\n
angazhuar ekspertet dhe artikektet me te mire nderkombetare per te realizuar nje<\/div>\n
projekt qe te jete krenaria jone kombetare.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\u2022 Nuk ka toke te dhuruar ndaj asnje investitori. Ajo eshte nje toke private qe eshte<\/div>\n
shitur nga privati tek investitori.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\u2022 Ketu nuk behet fjale vetem per nje resort, por behet fjale per nje investim gjigand<\/div>\n
qe sjell te mira per te gjithe Shqiperine, jo vetem per zonen ku investimi do te<\/div>\n
kryhet. Me shume punesim, me shume prodhim, me shume reklame per<\/div>\n
Shqiperine.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\u2022 Protesta qytetare eshte feste e demokracise. Sa mire qe protesta te tilla ndodhin.<\/div>\n
Kemi qene dhe do jemi gjithmone te hapur per dialog, te degjojme njeri tjetrin dhe<\/div>\n
