Ai hapi der\u00ebn p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtime n\u00eb zonat e mbrojtura, duke rrezikuar ekosistemet m\u00eb t\u00eb \u00e7muara t\u00eb vendit dhe duke i kthyer ato n\u00eb objekt spekulimi e betonizimi.<\/p>\n<p>Ka dy muaj q\u00eb prej 14 majit 2026 q\u00eb iniciativa ime p\u00ebr shfuqizimin e k\u00ebtij ligji mbahet n\u00eb sirtar\u00ebt e Kuvendit. Nuk pranojn\u00eb as ta fusin n\u00eb diskutim, sepse nuk duan t\u2019i japin fund modelit t\u00eb betonizimit t\u00eb zonave t\u00eb mbrojtura dhe interesave t\u00eb m\u00ebdha ekonomike pas k\u00ebtyre projekteve.
