Nj\u00eb vendim q\u00eb tregon qart\u00eb se nuk duan as debat, e jo m\u00eb shfuqizim t\u00eb k\u00ebtij ligji.<\/p>\n<p>Arsyeja \u00ebsht\u00eb e qart\u00eb: shfuqizimi i ligjit do t\u2019u prishte planet p\u00ebr betonizimin e zonave t\u00eb mbrojtura. Pik\u00ebrisht ato projekte q\u00eb promovohen n\u00eb librin \u201cAlbanian Files\u201d, t\u00eb shpallur nga Edi Rama si vizioni p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen e turizmit shqiptar, me vila, resorte dhe nd\u00ebrtime n\u00eb zem\u00ebr t\u00eb natyr\u00ebs s\u00eb mbrojtur.<\/p>\n<p>Ligji 21\/2024 hapi der\u00ebn p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtime n\u00eb zonat e mbrojtura, dob\u00ebsoi mbrojtjen e pasuris\u00eb son\u00eb natyrore dhe vuri n\u00eb rrezik biodiversitetin, peizazhet dhe t\u00eb ardhmen e turizmit t\u00eb q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm.
