Ai pretendon se me k\u00ebt\u00eb tender, kostoja totale e projektit arrin n\u00eb rreth 110 milion\u00eb euro.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Deputeti demokrat thekson se impiantet nuk kan\u00eb hyr\u00eb kurr\u00eb n\u00eb funksion p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb problemeve teknike dhe procedurale, nd\u00ebrsa shteti ka vijuar t\u00eb paguaj\u00eb qiran\u00eb, kostot e ankorimit dhe mir\u00ebmbajtjes.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">Leskaj ngre pes\u00eb pyetje p\u00ebr qeverin\u00eb, mes tyre pse TEC-et nuk u vun\u00eb n\u00eb pun\u00eb, sa \u00ebsht\u00eb kostoja reale p\u00ebr buxhetin e shtetit dhe n\u00ebse jan\u00eb marr\u00eb masa p\u00ebr rinegocimin ose nd\u00ebrprerjen e kontrat\u00ebs.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">N\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim, ai k\u00ebrkon auditim t\u00eb plot\u00eb teknik, financiar dhe ligjor, si dhe hetim nga SPAK, duke argumentuar se vet\u00ebm transparenca dhe llogaridh\u00ebnia mund t\u00eb sqarojn\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsit\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb projekt.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">Objektivi ishte sigurimi i energjis\u00eb n\u00eb periudhat e kriz\u00ebs, ulja e importeve dhe garantimi i siguris\u00eb energjetike. Realiteti rezultoi krejt ndryshe. TEC-et nuk hyn\u00eb kurr\u00eb n\u00eb prodhim p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb problemeve teknike, infrastrukturore dhe procedurale.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">P\u00ebr pasoj\u00eb, ato nuk prodhuan energji, nuk ul\u00ebn importet, nuk ndikuan n\u00eb stabilitetin e sistemit energjetik dhe nuk krijuan t\u00eb ardhura p\u00ebr KESH apo OST.
