Dhjet\u00ebra profile t\u00eb rreme, t\u00eb identifikuara nga BIRN si t\u00eb krijuara gjat\u00eb muajve t\u00eb fundit shp\u00ebrndan\u00eb menj\u00ebher\u00eb fjalimin e s\u00eb premtes t\u00eb kryeministrit Edi Rama para grupit parlamentar t\u00eb Partis\u00eb Socialiste, nd\u00ebrsa ai ankohej mes t\u00eb tjerash p\u00ebr algoritmin dhe ndikimet e huaja, q\u00eb sipas tij nxit\u00ebn e zmadhuan protest\u00ebn q\u00eb i k\u00ebrkon prej mbi 55 dit\u00ebsh dor\u00ebheqjen.<\/p>\n
Mes qindra personave q\u00eb e ndan\u00eb fjalimin e Ram\u00ebs n\u00eb Facebook, BIRN identifikoi mbi 25 profile t\u00eb rreme si dhe deputet\u00eb t\u00eb Partis\u00eb Socialiste, kryetar\u00eb bashkish dhe punonj\u00ebs t\u00eb administrat\u00ebs n\u00eb qeverisjen qendrore dhe lokale.<\/p>\n
Gjat\u00eb fjalimit t\u00eb tij, Rama i ndau protestuesit n\u00eb \u201cflamingo\u201d dhe \u201csorra\u201d, nd\u00ebrsa k\u00ebmb\u00ebnguli s\u00ebrish se protesta ishte frym\u00ebzuar nga jasht\u00eb vendit, p\u00ebrmes manipulimit t\u00eb rrjeteve sociale. \u201cFlamingoja dha simbolin magjeps\u00ebs, hija e vjehrrit m\u00eb t\u00eb famsh\u00ebm n\u00eb bot\u00eb dha magnetin global dhe algoritmi i yshtur dhe nga ustallar\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyrjes n\u00eb pun\u00ebt e vendeve t\u00eb tjera b\u00ebri pjes\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr,\u201d tha Rama.<\/p>\n
Ai pretendoi gjithashtu se nj\u00eb bresh\u00ebri masive profilesh false ishte l\u00ebshuar p\u00ebrmes res\u00eb digjitale, profile q\u00eb Rama tha se \u201ci kemi identifikuar\u201d.<\/p>\n
Rama ankohet prej jav\u00ebsh p\u00ebr algoritmin e rrjeteve sociale dhe llogarit\u00eb false t\u00eb kritik\u00ebve t\u00eb tij, por BIRN arriti t\u00eb identifikonte se qindra profile t\u00eb rreme u hap\u00ebn gjithashtu n\u00eb fund t\u00eb qershorit nga aktor\u00eb q\u00eb mb\u00ebshtesin qeverin\u00eb.<\/p>\n
K\u00ebto profile shp\u00ebrndajn\u00eb postimet e kryeministrit dhe ministrave t\u00eb kabinetit t\u00eb tij n\u00eb rrjetet sociale, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb jan\u00eb angazhuar gjithashtu n\u00eb sulme t\u00eb koordinuara kund\u00ebr mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebsve t\u00eb protest\u00ebs.<\/p>\n
BIRN identifikoi mbi 100 profile t\u00eb rreme n\u00eb Facebook dhe Instagram, t\u00eb krijuara mes datave 28-30 qershor dhe t\u00eb tjer\u00eb n\u00eb korrik. Nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e madhe e tyre u identifikuan duke monitoruar manualisht postimet e kryeministrit n\u00eb Facebook dhe personat q\u00eb i kishin shp\u00ebrndar\u00eb ato.<\/p>\n
Profilet nuk e fshehin p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsin\u00eb, pasi p\u00ebrdorin kryesisht si pseudonim emra qytetesh dhe lidhje direkte me Partin\u00eb Socialiste, t\u00eb tilla si \u201cEdi Rama per Shqiperine 2030\u201d, \u201ckolonjasot2030\u201d apo \u201cBulqiza e s\u00eb Ardhmes 2030\u201d. Edhe pse kan\u00eb emra t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm, profilet shp\u00ebrndajn\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajtje t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00eb propagandistike.<\/p>\n
P\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb databaz\u00ebs, BIRN qe n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb identifikonte pranin\u00eb e k\u00ebtyre profileve t\u00eb rreme edhe n\u00eb ndarjen e fjalimit t\u00eb fundit t\u00eb kryeministrit.
