{"id":149767,"date":"2026-07-30T10:22:53","date_gmt":"2026-07-30T10:22:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rdnews.al\/?p=149767"},"modified":"2026-07-30T10:22:53","modified_gmt":"2026-07-30T10:22:53","slug":"zhulali-hoxha-te-sqaroje-urgjentisht-marreveshjen-per-konsullaten-serbe-ne-shkoder","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rdnews.al\/index.php\/2026\/07\/30\/zhulali-hoxha-te-sqaroje-urgjentisht-marreveshjen-per-konsullaten-serbe-ne-shkoder\/","title":{"rendered":"Zhulali: Hoxha t\u00eb sqaroj\u00eb urgjentisht marr\u00ebveshjen p\u00ebr konsullat\u00ebn serbe n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr!"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"rekl-49\"><strong>An\u00ebtarja e Kryesis\u00eb s\u00eb PD, Ilda Zhulali, ka reaguar n\u00eb rrjetet e saj sociale mbi lajmet e publikuara nga mediat serbe se ministri i Jasht\u00ebm i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, Ferit Hoxha, ka r\u00ebn\u00eb dakord n\u00eb parim me homologun e tij serb, Marko Gjuri\u00e7, p\u00ebr hapjen e dy konsullatave, asaj shqiptare n\u00eb Bujanoc dhe asaj serbe n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr.<\/strong><\/div>\n<div class=\"readmore-text-here\">\n<p>Zhulali k\u00ebrkon sqarime urgjente nga ministri Hoxha, duke ngritur pik\u00ebpyetje mbi nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje q\u00eb, sipas saj, n\u00ebse konfirmohet, do t\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebnte nj\u00eb zhvillim shum\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm n\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet mes dy vendeve.<\/p>\n<p>Zhulali thekson se hapja e nj\u00eb konsullate serbe n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr nuk justifikohet nga kriteret diplomatike, ekonomike apo demografike, duke e cil\u00ebsuar k\u00ebt\u00eb l\u00ebvizje si nj\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar nj\u00eb barazim artificial me shqiptar\u00ebt e Lugin\u00ebs s\u00eb Preshev\u00ebs, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt, sipas saj, p\u00ebrballen prej vitesh me diskriminim, pasivizim adresash dhe shkelje t\u00eb t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb tyre.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reagimi <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nga mediat serbe serviret lajmi se ministri i jasht\u00ebm i Serbis\u00eb, Marko Gjuri\u00e7 ka deklaruar se \u00ebsht\u00eb dakord\u00ebsuar n\u00eb parim me ministrin e jasht\u00ebm t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, Ferit Hoxha, q\u00eb t\u00eb hapen dy konsullata, e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb Bujanoc dhe e Serbis\u00eb n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p>Ministri Hoxha duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjet publikisht urgjentisht p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb pretendim.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse kjo do t\u00eb ishte e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, do t\u00eb shkonte p\u00ebrtej nj\u00eb skandali, si ato q\u00eb kaloi p\u00ebrciptazi 2 heret e kaluara.<\/p>\n<p>Hapja e nj\u00eb konsullate b\u00ebhet kur nj\u00eb vend ka komunitet t\u00eb madh diaspore t\u00eb hershme apo t\u00eb re, q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb, punojn\u00eb ose studiojn\u00eb atje dhe kan\u00eb nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr sh\u00ebrbime konsullore (pasaporta, viza, certifikata, ndihm\u00eb ligjore); ka interes ekonomik e tregtar t\u00eb konsideruesh\u00ebm n\u00eb at\u00eb zon\u00eb (investime, eksport-import, kompani q\u00eb operojn\u00eb atje); ka flukse turistike dometh\u00ebn\u00ebse n\u00eb t\u00eb dyja drejtimet, q\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb asistenc\u00eb konsullore t\u00eb shpejt\u00eb; dhe kur marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet politike\/diplomatike jan\u00eb aq t\u00eb zhvilluara sa t\u00eb justifikojn\u00eb prani shtes\u00eb, p\u00ebrtej ambasad\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Hapja e nj\u00eb konsullate t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr nuk reflekton asnj\u00eb nga k\u00ebto element\u00eb, dhe vendos tin\u00ebzisht shenja barazimi me shqiptar\u00ebt q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb n\u00eb Lugin\u00ebn e Preshev\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb qarkun Shkod\u00ebr, sipas Censit 2023, jetojn\u00eb vet\u00ebm 54 persona t\u00eb vet\u00ebdeklaruar si serb\u00eb, 106 jan\u00eb vet\u00ebdeklaruar si malazez\u00eb, 90 boshnjak\u00eb, 26 bullgar\u00eb e 20 maqedonas.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb Lugin\u00ebn e Preshev\u00ebs, Bujanocit e Medvegj\u00ebs jetojn\u00eb dhjet\u00ebra mij\u00ebra shqiptar\u00eb, (25,465 shqiptar\u00eb n\u00eb Bujanoc, 31,340 shqiptar\u00eb n\u00eb Presheve, 1000 n\u00eb Medvegj\u00eb, sipas statistikave zyrtare serbe), t\u00eb cil\u00ebt p\u00ebrballen me diskriminim shtet\u00ebror, pasivizim adresash dhe shkelje sistematike t\u00eb t\u00eb drejtave.<\/p>\n<p>Por ajo q\u00eb t\u00eb l\u00eb pa fjal\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb koha e k\u00ebsaj ujdie t\u00eb pretenduar. Dy jav\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb, kur Gjuri\u00e7 u takua me ministrin Hoxha, nuk gjeti asnj\u00eb fjali apo koment, p\u00ebr t\u2019u distancuar nga qendrimet \u201cspastruese\u201d t\u00eb koleges ministre Paunovi\u00e7.
