M\u00eb 30 korrik 2026, qeveria shfuqizoi VKM-n\u00eb q\u00eb kishte shpallur nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb Durr\u00ebsit \u201cZon\u00eb t\u00eb Re p\u00ebr Zhvillim\u201d. Sot, qytetar\u00ebt q\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtojn\u00eb TID Durr\u00ebs k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb pezullohen t\u00eb gjitha veprimet q\u00eb prekin pronat dhe banesat e tyre, deri n\u00eb sqarimin e plot\u00eb t\u00eb situat\u00ebs s\u00eb re juridike dhe urbanistike.<\/p>\n
Me t\u00eb drejt\u00eb, si mund t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb nj\u00eb projekt q\u00eb prek 74 prona, kur rreth 20 prej tyre ndodhen pik\u00ebrisht n\u00eb territorin ku mbivendoseshin instrumentet e planifikimit q\u00eb tashm\u00eb kan\u00eb ndryshuar status?<\/p>\n
Shfuqizimi i nj\u00eb akti mund t\u00eb mos e anuloj\u00eb automatikisht TID-in, por padyshim q\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb pa pasoja mbi nj\u00eb projekt q\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyn mbi pronat dhe jet\u00ebn e banor\u00ebve.<\/p>\n
Q\u00eb n\u00eb fillim e kemi kund\u00ebrshtuar TID sepse zhvillimi nuk mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhet duke shkelur t\u00eb drejtat e pronar\u00ebve, duke shkat\u00ebrruar trash\u00ebgimin\u00eb e Durr\u00ebsit, pa transparenc\u00eb dhe pa konsultim real me qytetar\u00ebt.<\/p>\n
Tani institucionet kan\u00eb nj\u00eb detyrim, t\u00eb ndalojn\u00eb \u00e7do veprim mbi pronat e banor\u00ebve, t\u00eb rishikojn\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha aktet dhe t\u00eb hapin nj\u00eb proces t\u00eb ri, transparent dhe t\u00eb ligjsh\u00ebm konsultimi.<\/p>\n
TID Durr\u00ebs nuk mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb projekt i imponuar mbi kokat e qytetar\u00ebve. Tani q\u00eb ka ndryshuar baza juridike dhe urbanistike duhet t\u00eb rishikohet gjith\u00e7ka. Ky projekt duhet t\u00eb anulohet sa m\u00eb shpejt.<\/p>\n
