Partia Demokratike ka dor\u00ebzuar k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn p\u00ebr zhvillimin e nj\u00eb seanc\u00eb d\u00ebgjimore publike mbi projektligjin \u201cP\u00ebr disa shtesa dhe ndryshime n\u00eb ligjin nr. 96\/2016 \u201cP\u00ebr statusin e gjyqtar\u00ebve dhe prokuror\u00ebve n\u00eb Republik\u00ebn e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb\u201d, t\u00eb ndryshuar\u201d.<\/div>\n

PD k\u00ebrkon t\u00eb thirren n\u00eb seanc\u00eb d\u00ebgjimore p\u00ebr t\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb mendimin e tyre institucionet dhe shoqatat q\u00eb kan\u00eb interes n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje, si m\u00ebposht\u00eb:
\n(i) K\u00ebshillin e Lart\u00eb Gjyq\u00ebsor,
\n(ii) K\u00ebshillin e Lart\u00eb t\u00eb Prokuroris\u00eb,
\n(iii) Unionin e Gjyqtar\u00ebve t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb,
\n(iv) Shoqat\u00ebn Komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb Gjyqtar\u00ebve t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb,
\n(v) Shoqat\u00ebn e Prokuror\u00ebve t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb,
\n(vi) Drejtuesin e Prokuroris\u00eb s\u00eb Posa\u00e7me,
\n(vii) Prokurorin e P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm,
\n(viii) Kryetarin e Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Lart\u00eb.<\/p>\n

K\u00ebrkesa e PD bazohet n\u00eb vendimin e Gjykat\u00ebs Kushteteuse nr. 15\/2026, ku thuhet se:\u00a0\u201cKjo n\u00ebnkupton edhe q\u00eb gjat\u00eb shqyrtimit dhe miratimit t\u00eb propozimeve ligjore q\u00eb prekin drejtp\u00ebrdrejt garancit\u00eb kushtetuese t\u00eb magjistrat\u00ebve, ku p\u00ebrfshihen pagat e tyre, procesi ligjv\u00ebn\u00ebs duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshij\u00eb nj\u00eb analiz\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsore dhe t\u00eb detajuar t\u00eb q\u00ebllimit t\u00eb synuar dhepasojave t\u00eb pritshme, sikund\u00ebr duhet t\u00eb siguroj\u00eb edhe pjes\u00ebmarrjen aktive t\u00eb vet gjyqtar\u00ebve\/magjistrat\u00ebve osegrupimeve q\u00eb i p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsojn\u00eb ata. Ky konsultim duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb, mbi t\u00eb gjitha, edhe efektiv.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n
