Bashk\u00ebkryetari demokrat i Komisionit t\u00eb Posa\u00e7\u00ebm p\u00ebr Reform\u00ebn Territoriale, Lu\u00e7iano Bo\u00e7i, \u00ebsht\u00eb shprehur se sot Shqip\u00ebria ndodhet p\u00ebrball\u00eb nj\u00eb rreziku pushtues, q\u00eb ka si synim shpopullimin e vendit.<\/p>\n

Gjat\u00eb fjal\u00ebs n\u00eb parlament ku kund\u00ebrshtoi propozimin e PS p\u00ebr hart\u00ebn e re territoriale, Bo\u00e7i tha se sot n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri ka territore \u2018pa z\u00eb\u2019.<\/p>\n

Bo\u00e7i e vuri theksin te mungesa e sh\u00ebrbimeve n\u00eb disa prej bashkive t\u00eb vendit, teksa tha se mazhoranca e p\u00ebrdor \u2018Territorialen\u2019 p\u00ebr q\u00ebllime politike dhe se p\u00ebr ndarjen e re ka marr\u00eb mendimin e turist\u00ebve.<\/p>\n

\u201cJemi p\u00ebrball\u00eb nj\u00eb rreziku pushtues ndaj territorit dhe liri\u00eb s\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve. Jemi p\u00ebrball\u00eb nj\u00eb pushtimi tjet\u00ebr pas 582 vitesh. Dhe ai ka t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin q\u00ebllim, shpopullimin e vendit. Sot kemi territore pa z\u00eb. N\u00ebse humasim toponimet, kemi humbur historin\u00eb dhe n\u00ebse humasim historin\u00eb, kemi humbur Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb arsyeja pse nj\u00eb brez punon jo vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb sotmen, por edhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen.<\/p>\n

U fol k\u00ebtu p\u00ebr sukses t\u00eb reform\u00ebs n\u00eb 2014-\u00ebn. Kur Tirana ka performanc\u00eb, pse i merrni Kruj\u00ebs ju Rinasin? \u00c7far\u00eb logjike p\u00ebrdorni n\u00eb gjith\u00eb k\u00ebto bashkime? Po t\u00eb ik\u00ebsh n\u00eb Zallher apo n\u00eb periferi t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs, t\u00eb duket vetja si n\u00eb mesjet\u00eb nga mungesa e sh\u00ebrbimeve.<\/p>\n
