Prokuror\u00ebt n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri kan\u00eb zyrtarizuar akuzat p\u00ebr korrupsion ndaj ish-z\u00ebvend\u00ebskryeministres Belinda Balluku, aktakuza fillestare ndaj s\u00eb cil\u00ebs, nj\u00eb vit m\u00eb par\u00eb, shkaktoi trazira n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Balluku, e cila sh\u00ebrbeu si z\u00ebvend\u00ebse e kryeministrit Edi Rama dhe gjithashtu si ministre e Infrastruktur\u00ebs, u akuzua n\u00eb fund t\u00eb vitit t\u00eb kaluar p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrhyrje n\u00eb dh\u00ebnien e dy kontratave t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimit n\u00eb vitin 2021, me vler\u00eb mbi 200 milion\u00eb euro (225 milion\u00eb dollar\u00eb).<\/p>\n

Korrupsioni n\u00eb institucionet publike ka qen\u00eb nj\u00eb nga faktor\u00ebt q\u00eb kan\u00eb nxitur k\u00ebt\u00eb muaj protesta t\u00eb reja t\u00eb udh\u00ebhequra nga student\u00ebt dhe trazira n\u00eb kryeqytetin Tiran\u00eb, ku protestuesit k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb dor\u00ebheqjen e Ram\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

T\u00eb mart\u00ebn, protestuesit u mblodh\u00ebn p\u00ebrpara nj\u00eb nd\u00ebrtese t\u00eb Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Arsimit, duke brohoritur: \u201cBalluku n\u00eb burg!\u201d. Policia i zmbrapsi duke p\u00ebrdorur topa uji dhe gaz lotsjell\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Balluku, 53 vje\u00e7e, nuk ka b\u00ebr\u00eb asnj\u00eb koment publik q\u00eb kur mohoi shkeljet, n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje t\u00eb akuzave fillestare. Rama e shkarkoi at\u00eb n\u00eb shkurt, por nj\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr t\u2019i hequr imunitetin parlamentar, i cili e mbron nga arrestimi, d\u00ebshtoi. N\u00eb nj\u00eb deklarat\u00eb me email drejtuar mediave, Prokuroria e Posa\u00e7me, e cila merret me korrupsionin n\u00eb nivele t\u00eb larta, tha se akuzat p\u00ebrfundimtare ndaj Ballukut p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb shkeljen e barazis\u00eb s\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsve n\u00eb tender\u00ebt ose ankandet publike, si dhe korrupsionin pasiv t\u00eb personave, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb zyrtar\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb shtet\u00ebror\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Ajo u akuzua gjithashtu p\u00ebr pastrim t\u00eb t\u00eb ardhurave q\u00eb burojn\u00eb nga veprimtari kriminale.<\/p>\n

\u201cProkuroria e Posa\u00e7me po vijon t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb hapa konkret\u00eb procedural\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019ua komunikuar zyrtarisht akuzat edhe personave t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin \u00e7\u00ebshtje penale\u201d, thuhej n\u00eb deklarat\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Rama, i cili ka refuzuar t\u00eb jap\u00eb dor\u00ebheqjen, e ka d\u00ebnuar dhun\u00ebn.
