Por sipas Komisionit Europian, vendime t\u00eb tilla bien n\u00eb kompetenc\u00ebn e vendeve an\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n<p>I pyetur nga BIRN n\u00ebse \u00ebsht\u00eb ligj\u00ebrisht e mundur q\u00eb t\u2019u kufizohet hyrja n\u00eb vendet e Bashkimit Evropian protestuesve, pa nj\u00eb vendim individual gjykate, dhe n\u00ebse BE-ja do ta konsideronte nj\u00eb praktik\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me t\u00eb drejtat themelore, lirin\u00eb e l\u00ebvizjes dhe prezumimin e pafaj\u00ebsis\u00eb, Komisioni Europian u p\u00ebrgjigj se \u201ck\u00ebto vendime u takonin shteteve an\u00ebtare\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cVendimet p\u00ebr lejimin ose refuzimin e hyrjes n\u00eb territorin e shteteve t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta an\u00ebtare t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb bien n\u00eb kompetenc\u00ebn e shteteve an\u00ebtare p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse, n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me legjislacionin n\u00eb fuqi t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb dhe at\u00eb komb\u00ebtar,\u201d tha nj\u00eb z\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebs i Komisionit.<\/p>\n<div class=\"jnews_inline_related_post_wrapper left\">\n<div class=\"jnews_inline_related_post\">\n<div class=\"jeg_postblock_29 jeg_postblock jeg_module_hook jeg_pagination_disable jeg_col_2o3 jnews_module_1749522_0_6adbad3c80237 \" data-unique=\"jnews_module_1749522_0_6adbad3c80237\">\n<div class=\"jeg_block_heading jeg_block_heading_6 jeg_subcat_right\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"jeg_ad jeg_ad_article jnews_content_inline_2_ads \">\n<div class=\"ads-wrapper align-center \">\n<div class=\"ads_code\">Brukseli thekson se Shqip\u00ebria, si vend kandidat, duhet t\u00eb respektoj\u00eb legjislacionin komb\u00ebtar dhe detyrimet nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare p\u00ebr masat q\u00eb lidhen me l\u00ebvizjen e shtetasve t\u00eb saj. Kjo vlen edhe p\u00ebr nismat q\u00eb synojn\u00eb t\u00eb kufizojn\u00eb l\u00ebvizjen e personave t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb veprimtari t\u00eb dhunshme.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Komisioni komentoi gjithashtu mbi gjetjet e Avokati i Popullit, monitorimi i t\u00eb cilit konstatoi sipas raportit t\u00eb fundit \u2018probleme serioze\u2019 n\u00eb trajtimin e protestuesve t\u00eb ndaluar nga policia n\u00ebp\u00ebr komisariate; mbipopullim t\u00eb dhomave t\u00eb siguris\u00eb, ankesa p\u00ebr trajtim jo t\u00eb duhur t\u00eb t\u00eb miturve dhe dhun\u00eb dispropocionale t\u00eb policis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBE-ja do t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb t\u00eb monitoroj\u00eb nga af\u00ebr angazhimin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb p\u00ebr sundimin e ligjit dhe mbrojtjen e t\u00eb drejtave themelore n\u00eb kontekstin e negociatave t\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit,\u201d tha Komisioni p\u00ebrmes z\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin q\u00ebndrim, Komisioni n\u00ebnvizon se \u201ct\u00eb marr\u00ebsh pjes\u00eb n\u00eb protesta paq\u00ebsore \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb e drejt\u00eb themelore n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha vendet demokratike\u201d, nd\u00ebrsa shton se \u201cdhuna nuk ka vend\u201d dhe se autoritetet komb\u00ebtare jan\u00eb kompetente p\u00ebr ruajtjen e rendit publik dhe zbatimin e ligjit.<\/p>\n<p>Komisioni i referohet nj\u00eb q\u00ebndrimi t\u00eb m\u00ebparsh\u00ebm zyrtar p\u00ebr protestat n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri ku d\u00ebnohen aktet e dhun\u00ebs, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb zjarrv\u00ebniet, sulmet ndaj institucioneve shtet\u00ebrore dhe shkat\u00ebrrimin e pron\u00ebs publike e private.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb q\u00ebndrim, KE thekson se p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsit duhet t\u00eb mbajn\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi p\u00ebrmes procedurave ligjore, nd\u00ebrsa reagimi ndaj dhun\u00ebs duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb proporcional dhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me ligjin.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pas paralajm\u00ebrimeve t\u00eb kryeministrit Edi Rama p\u00ebr kufizimin e l\u00ebvizjes s\u00eb lir\u00eb t\u00eb personave t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb protesta t\u00eb dhunshme, Komisioni Evropian thekson se vendimet p\u00ebr lejimin ose refuzimin e hyrjes n\u00eb territorin e vendeve an\u00ebtare jan\u00eb kompetenc\u00eb e tyre, bazuar n\u00eb ligjet n\u00eb fuqi.
