P\u00ebrse nuk paguajn\u00eb bler\u00ebsit apo t\u00eb financojn\u00eb bankat?<\/p>\n<p>E v\u00ebrteta \u00ebsht\u00eb se stoku i kredis\u00eb p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin n\u00eb fund t\u00eb vitit 2021 ishte 483 milion euro, me nj\u00eb rritje nga viti 2017 prej vet\u00ebm 147 milion euro. Nga ana tjet\u00ebr vlera e lejeve t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimit p\u00ebr rezidenca banimi n\u00eb k\u00ebto vite \u00ebsht\u00eb 900 milion euro. Cili \u00ebsht\u00eb burimi i 753 milion eurove? Ka ardhur koha q\u00eb si n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb vendet e zhvilluara, edhe Shqip\u00ebria t\u00eb ket\u00eb nj\u00eb ligj me kritere t\u00eb forta p\u00ebr dh\u00ebnien e lejeve.
