Komisioni i Ankimimeve dhe Sanksioneve (KAS) n\u00eb KQZ shqyrtoi k\u00ebt\u00eb t\u00eb mart\u00eb nj\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb nga Partia p\u00ebr Drejt\u00ebsi Integrim dhe Unitet. Ajo kund\u00ebrshtonte rezultatin e miratuar n\u00eb qend\u00ebr votimi n\u00eb Mallakast\u00ebr ku KZAZ nuk i kishte dh\u00ebn\u00eb asnj\u00eb vot\u00eb p\u00ebr K\u00ebshillin Bashkiak.<\/p>\n
Pasi d\u00ebgjoi pal\u00ebt KAS pranoi provat dhe nj\u00eb shkres\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb nga an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e grupit t\u00eb num\u00ebrimit dhe KZAZ q\u00eb pranonte vet\u00eb se kan\u00eb reflektuar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb jo t\u00eb sakt\u00eb shifrat n\u00eb Tabel\u00ebn P\u00ebrmbledh\u00ebse t\u00eb Rezultatit. Megjithat\u00eb KAS vendosi q\u00eb t\u00eb num\u00ebroj\u00eb vet\u00eb votat e k\u00ebsaj qendre.<\/p>\n
Pasi u hap kutia, u vu re se PS nga 161 vota q\u00eb i kishte dh\u00ebn\u00eb KZAZ, iu gjet\u00ebn vet\u00ebm 98 vota nd\u00ebrsa PDIU nga 0 vota kishte n\u00eb kuti 63 vota. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb situat\u00eb KAS vendosi q\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshoj\u00eb rezultatin p\u00ebrfundimtar. PDIU kishte b\u00ebr\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb ankes\u00eb p\u00ebr zgjedhjet n\u00eb Delvin\u00eb, por m\u00eb pas u t\u00ebrhoq nga ankesa.<\/p>\n
KAS mori n\u00eb shqyrtim edhe nj\u00eb ankes\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb nga koalicioni \u201cBashk\u00eb Fitojm\u00eb\u201d q\u00eb kund\u00ebrshton rezultatin p\u00ebr kreun e bashkis\u00eb s\u00eb Belshit. Kandidati i PS-s\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb bashki, Belsh Arif Tafani fitoi me vet\u00ebm 40 vota m\u00eb shum\u00eb se Bedri Qypi i opozit\u00ebs. Opozita thot\u00eb se p\u00ebrcaktues p\u00ebr fitoren kan\u00eb qen\u00eb votat e burgut t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. 229 vota n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb nj\u00ebsi kan\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb pavlefshme.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje KAS vendosi t\u00eb marr\u00eb koh\u00eb duke u l\u00ebn\u00eb koh\u00eb ankuesve deri dit\u00ebn e h\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb depozituar fizikisht provat e relatuara gjat\u00eb shqyrtimit.<\/p>\n
KAS vendosi t\u00eb k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb informacion nga Drejtoria e P\u00ebrgjithshme e Burgjeve p\u00ebr 22 zgjedh\u00ebsit burgut t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, lidhur me mas\u00ebn e d\u00ebnimit, koh\u00ebn kur jan\u00eb d\u00ebrguar k\u00ebta zgjedh\u00ebs n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb IEVP, si dhe n\u00ebse jan\u00eb n\u00eb kushtet e ndalimit sipas parashikimeve t\u00eb ligjit.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
