N\u00ebse n\u00eb nj\u00eb zon\u00eb t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs ku p.sh m\u00eb par\u00eb \u00e7mimi fiskal ishte 1200 euro p\u00ebr met\u00ebr katror, p\u00ebr taks\u00ebn e ndikimit n\u00eb infrastruktur\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuesi paguante 60 euro p\u00ebr met\u00ebr katror. Me rritjen e \u00e7mimeve fiskale n\u00ebse n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb zon\u00eb \u00e7mimi ka arritur p.sh 2,000 euro p\u00ebr met\u00ebr katror nd\u00ebrtuesi do t\u00eb paguaj\u00eb 160 euro p\u00ebr met\u00ebr katror taks\u00eb p\u00ebr ndikimin n\u00eb infrastruktur\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb rritjes s\u00eb \u00e7mimeve t\u00eb referenc\u00ebs do t\u00eb paguhet m\u00eb shum\u00eb n\u00eb vler\u00eb edhe taksa 3% e kontributit t\u00eb strehimit social. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb situat\u00eb \u00e7do nd\u00ebrtues q\u00eb k\u00ebrkon t\u00eb aplikoj\u00eb p\u00ebr marrjen e nj\u00eb leje nd\u00ebrtimi p\u00ebrpara aplikimit llogarit kostot e nd\u00ebrtimit, dhe rritja e barr\u00ebs tatimore i shton kostot. Kjo jo vet\u00ebm do t\u00eb frenoj\u00eb n\u00eb aplikimet p\u00ebr lejet e nd\u00ebrtimit, por edhe pritet t\u00eb rriten \u00e7mimet e shitjes s\u00eb apartamenteve\u201d, pohon Luigji Aleksi an\u00ebtar i shoqat\u00ebs s\u00eb Nd\u00ebrtuesve.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr k\u00ebto arsye pohoi ai edhe n\u00eb letr\u00ebn d\u00ebrguar kryeministrit Edi Rama Shoqata e Nd\u00ebrtuesve propozoi q\u00eb hyrja n\u00eb fuqi e vendimit me \u00e7mimet e rritura fiskale t\u00eb jet\u00eb graduale ose aplikimi kundrejt zhvilluesve t\u00eb lidhet vet\u00ebm me projekte q\u00eb nisen dhe p\u00ebrfundojn\u00eb pas hyrjes n\u00eb fuqi te vendimit. https:\/\/www.monitor.al\/shoqata-e-ndertuesve-leter-rames-cmimet-fiskale-do-rrisin-tatimin-mbi-te-ardhurat-te-shitblerja-e-shtepive-dhe-taksa-e-infrastruktures\/<\/p>\n<p>Rritja e \u00e7mimeve t\u00eb apartamenteve krahasuar me vjet ka nisur n\u00eb zona t\u00eb kryeqytetit.
